Vacation rentals with lake access in Adriatic Sea

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at - host was fantastic with info and responsiveness, well stocked kitchen, gift basket, firewood. Great location- walking distance to the park and very peaceful

Hostess is a really nice person. We couldn't speak English but it made this more interesting proving that people can understand each other with smiles and gestures. :) We had big space, fantastic Skoder lake view and feeling of privacy. Very recommended place, especially with children as hostess offers her garden to eat fruits (cherries were fantastic). Aldis thanks for breakfast. Our family will have the best memories about this place.

...die Unterkunft war nahe am Nationalpark Plitvicer Seen und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung war super und überall Kleinigkeiten die den Aufenthalt erleichtern, wie z.B. Knabberzeug, destilliertes Wasser zum Bügeln, Waschmittel, etc. Es gibt keine weiteren Gäste im Haus, nur ein älteres Ehepaar, was sich um alle Belange sofort kümmert. Auf dem Hof ist parken möglich, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig war! Der Gastgeber war stets bemüht, das es seinen Gästen gut geht. Diese Unterkunft ist weiterzuempfehlen.

Wir haben uns wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber haben alles sehr durchdacht und angenehm gestaltet. Alles war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders der Blick von der Terrasse auf den See und die Berge ist unglaublich schön. Innerhalb weniger Minuten Fußweg findet man an der Seepromenade viele Restaurants. Obwohl es dort unten belebt ist, ist es oben bei der Wohnung sehr ruhig. Auch die Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon und der Wohnung sind gegeben. Wir würden definitiv wieder herkommen und danken den freundlichen Gastgebern.

Amazing and very clean waterfront apartment. Google maps don’t show accurate directions so I recommend using Apple Maps, our host was very helpful to get us to the right address. The boat station (that you take to go everywhere) is only a few min away, the area is very safe, walkable and has lots of cool spots nearby - cafes, shops, everything. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots, dishes and supplies. Hot shower, and washing machine were very nice.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Ivica und seiner Frau! Die beiden waren so aufmerksam und herzlich, haben einen Abend sogar für uns gekocht! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke ☺️

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

L’alloggio era molto pulito e nuovo, fornisce una vista mozzafiato sul mare grazie alla vetrata che chiude la stanza.Ogni appartamento ha un tavolino in pietra davanti all’entrata ed è perfetto per pranzi e cene.Per accedere al mare è necessario scendere una rampa di scale.Sarà anche possibile utilizzare lettini ombrelloni e una doccia messi a disposizione. Nei dintorni sono presenti molti buoni ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi o in macchina.Lo stesso vale per le spiagge che offrono la possibilità di noleggiare kayak e moto d’acqua.Nonostante i tre appartamenti siano separati da una parete, durante il soggiorno si riesce a mantenere una buona privacy.L’host è stato sempre molto disponibile e reattivo ,sia prima del nostro arrivo per fornire indicazioni e anche durante il soggiorno, riuscendo ad essere reperibile anche di sera tardi intervenendo prontamente anche di persona. Su richiesta ci è stato fornito un servizio navetta per raggiungere la casa dall’aereoporto Ci torneremo di certo

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Having the balcony with a view of town and the ocean was amazing. The Unit is super spacious and well setup. It had everything we needed and then some. It’s very close to town and the beach as well as the supermarkets etc. We never needed our car. The host was responsive and friendly and made us feel at home. There is a convenient on property parking for the unit. Overall we absolutely loved our time there and would highly recommend.

Anna’s place was amazing; exactly what we needed in a city like Rome - located away from the city centre, directly next to a park with more than enough shops and bus stops around to make this the perfect location! The flat was clean and tidy, the bed sheets and towels were clean - nothing to complain about! 😊 In addition to all of that, Anna was a great host - very responsive and she even sent us recommendations for what to do in the area, places to eat at and see 🫶🏻 Thank you for making our stay in Rome so comfortable!!

De accommodatie was geweldig. We hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. We werden vriendelijk welkom geheten en alles zag er tip top uit. Het was een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van Durmitor Nationaal Park. Absoluut een aanrader. p.s.: dank je wel voor de pannekoeken.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Just what we were searching for, a haven of tranquility. The hosts were delightful, Razu in particular was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay regarding information and supplied us with an array of fantastic meals. We didn't want for anything. There were plenty of things to see and do within a short car journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Amphora. As most of the other reviews state, it is a truly unique experience. Regarding the one negative review on the website; all I can say is I really don't understand what they found so disagreeable.

The Lakehouse is even better than the pictures, it’s a perfect place to relax or as a base to explore the local area. The villa also has kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake. The hosts David and Chrissie are the most accommodating organised people I have come across on air bnb. I highly recommend.

Cottage in legno curatissimo su un ramo secondario del fiume. Vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti principali.... Atmosfera incantevole... Siamo stati benissimo

Wir haben zu viert eine Woche in Branka's Haus verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles gepasst, sei es die Kommunikation mit Branka (sie hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert), der herzliche Empfang durch Branka's Eltern, die Ausstattung des Hauses (besonders in der Küche fehlt es an nichts) und nicht zuletzt die einmalige Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick aufs Meer. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig. Trotz der Alleinlage ist man aber auch schnell mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Wir können Branka und das "Private beach house" uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen bestimmt einmal wieder!

Es war für mich genau der richtige Ort zum entspannen…Alleinlage und eine schöne Aussicht…Super Kommunikation und flexibler Check in…Ich komme sehr gern wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce logement. La vue était à couper le souffle, le calme et le silence environnants nous ont vraiment permis de déconnecter. Le logement est très bien équipé, il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait sur place pour se sentir comme chez nous. Nous avons été accueillis par le papa d’Ivan, un monsieur adorable et très chaleureux, ce qui a donné le ton de notre séjour dès l’arrivée. Mention spéciale aussi à Ivan, un hôte très réactif : lors d’une petite coupure de courant, il a répondu immédiatement à nos messages. Et cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de vin, une attention que nous avons vraiment adorée 🍷 Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés !

pros: Lovely place in a secluded and peaceful area. the patio and yard are especially beautiful. Antonella was a gracious host. a minor con: the keys to the front door are a little hard to use- you have to turn them three times to the left and then a little further to open the door.
