Houseboat vacation rentals in Adriatic Sea

The stay at the floating house was excellent. The space in the houses is used very clever, so you have enough room for plenty of your stuff, and it feels much larger than we expected by the photos. The location is great,it is in the Marina Veruda. You can use the services and locations the Marina provides (Restaurant,Bar,Pool, a small Shop, ATM etc.). To the next beach it is about 20 min through the marina or on the other side to the Verudela peninsula. Or you can hire a small boat directly from the 3maran-team to get to the next beaches or islands. The contact at the location was perfect. Any small Problems,any questions were handled/answered in minutes. Nice home,great location, perfect service. We can absolutly recommend the floating houses! Thank you very much.

Our stay at Vladimir's floating house was amazing. We loved the place! It's according to the description, and he is an absolute perfect host. Very responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure getting to know him, and the surroundings.

Adventure for sure. We took our 6 and 10 year old hoping to find a different perspective of the island of Vis and this does just that. We met Kreso, the skipper, and he took us to the boat from the ferry. We knew we would paddle board into dinner and found a lovely restaurant,Boccadoro. Got back to the boat before the early summer storm and had a great thunderstorm sleep in the spacious cabins. Mornings are delightful. Kreso comes at 10am to take us to a beautiful cove of Stoncica where we had a liter of vugava and olives and warm bread on the beach. We had wonderful weather overnight. We met the skipper again and headed to the blue cave, tunnel and spend the afternoon near Rogačić ending in the bay of Vis to catch the ferry in the A.M. 1. Less is more except with warm evening wear and snacks, card games 2. Be flexible and adventurous. This is not a yacht, quarters are spacious but simple 3. Communication is key but also know NO one can control weather or your expectations.

Omg! This is the BEST and THE ONLY way to experience The Amalfi Coast! Giuseppantonio is the MOST hospitable and gracious host and took us to the most amazing places and memorable special Amalfi spots!!!! Super comfortable, very fun and just everything good! Wir sind rundum zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt zu zweit. Besonders die Sauberkeit der Anlage und der Unterkunft hat uns gefallen. Unser Hausboot am Fluss war ein Traum. Alles nötige war vorhanden und wir fühlten uns wie in eigenen 4 Wänden. Die Räumlichkeiten waren auch sehr großzügig geschnitten, sodass man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt. Auch der Pool ist super gepflegt. Wir wollen definitiv nochmal kommen.

Wonderful spotless houseboat! Walking distance from ferries, restaurants, shops and public beach. Spectacular views from inside and the rooftop deck! Very comfortable. There is a bathroom and shower but we were surprised to find out that for anything requiring toilet paper you must use the (very clean) restrooms about 100 yards from the boat. If you are familiar with boating I suppose this is normal.

If you’re looking for relaxation with beautiful surroundings and an outstanding view, coupled with an outstanding accommodation well equipped for adventure or just sitting by the water. This is the place for you. Ps bring food for the ducks and swans as they visit every morning.

Es ist mein erster Hausbootbesuch! Es hat was besonderes dort zu wohnen. Ideal ist die Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, wo der Sonnenuntergang auch in dieser Jahreszeit mit 23 Grad einen in die Badehose zwingt. Die Wärme war bis zum Untergang der Sonne absolut angenehm und entspannend. Beim Nachbar waren Schwäne mit Jungen und die Eltern lassen sich von einem Hund nichts gefallen. Ich denke der Hund hätte eine Lektion bekommen, wenn er sich nicht zurückgezogen hätte. Angenehm und spannend und top ausgestattet. Ich bin von Hapimag verwöhnt, doch alles was hier die Küche braucht ist vorhanden. Der Service und der Empfang waren sehr professionell. Danke liebe Katarina!

Amazing place to stay in Belgrade. My Serbian friends called it the best splav house they ever saw. Very personal and well build interior. Nice terrace. Highly recommend. Be aware about transportation - taxi and delivery is hard to get to this house, and there is 25 min walk to the ada mall, where u can get taxi. Overall - its a very good place, i spent here 2 days with my friends and very thankful to hosts for this opportunity.

Bogdan was kindly and fast answering, instructions was clear, place is amazing, i think Bogdan should buy kayak or paddel surf to be perfect. If someone put music u can go to the lake and avoid this problem. 100% recommend.

Es war alles perfekt! Sehr gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage. Rundum sehr zufrieden! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Der Check-in hat super funktioniert, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt einfach alles was man braucht. Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank, Spülmaschine etc. Es gibt sogar ein Jacuzzi. Angenehm warm und super wenn man sich am Abend vom vielen Gehen in Pula ausruhen möchte. alles ist sehr zentral gelegen und man braucht nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zu fahren, um Attraktionen, Essen oder Strände zu erreichen. Alles in allem sind wir höchst zufrieden gewesen und werden es nochmal buchen, falls wir wieder nach Pula kommen.

Das Hausboot ist wirklich schön und ich hatte eine gute Zeit. Ich fand es bisschen schwierig, alleine ohne Auto die Unterkunft zu finden. Ansonsten war aber alles da was man brauchte. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos und ich konnte viele Unsicherheiten - vor allem als alleine Reisende Frau - gut und schnell mit Aneta kommunizieren.

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal hier und haben es wieder in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir lieben dieses Bootshaus sehr und es ist immer wieder schön hier zu sein. Wir sind eigentlich mit dem Champer unterwegs... aber wir wollten die Gelegeheit nutzen um unsere Tochter und unseren Schwiegersohn eine Überraschung zu bereiten! Es ist gelungen!!! Sie waren so glücklich und bezeichneten es als "kleines Paradies". Trotz der Großstadt Belgrad, kann man hier Ruhe finden und wirklich entspannen!! Wir kommen wieder!!!👍

Александр очень отзывчивый хозяин, быстро отвечает на все сообщения и готов всегда прийти на помощь. Дом просто отличный, расположен чуть в отдалении от других домиков, что создаёт ощущение приватности. Внутри есть всё необходимое для того, чтобы провести там выходные. Также на машине легко добраться до ближайшего крупного города, где есть большой супермаркет.

Notre séjour sur le bateau a été magique ! On se sent directement dans une bulle sur ce beau bateau ! Je le recommande sans hésiter à 100% !!!

Прекрасный уютный дом на воде с великолепным видом на реку. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания даже с маленьким ребенком. Александра потрясающе отзывчивая и доброжелательная хозяйка! Очень благодарна ей за условия, которые она нам предоставила! С удовольствием вернусь туда снова и точно буду рекомендовать своим друзьям!:)

In a word wonderful. We were the worst guests, late to checkin and with large suitcases but thanks to Alessia’s patience and her dad, Claudio’s graciousness our checkin went smoothly. We could not have been better taken care of. Although you can walk to the dock where the boat is the best way is to have Claudio motor you and bags in his dingy. The boat is as advertised, very clean and everything in working order. The port area is both lively with boaters and diners but also quiet at night. It was a warm night for us but the AC kept us very comfortable. All in all it was a fun experience and highly recommended!
