Vacation rentals with a home theater in Adriatic Sea

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Vito. C'était un endroit idéal pour se reposer après une journée remplie de randonnées et d'activités aux villages sur la côte, face à une vue magnifique de la mer et depuis notre terrasse où on avait aussi accès à un jacuzzi. Vito a été très réactif, et a pris le temps de nous expliquer les activités à faire à côté, et nous a donné de belles recommandations de restos dans le coin. L'appartement était très bien équipé et propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme - comme le logement n'est pas au centre-ville, il faut compter 20-30 mins à pied pour descendre au port, et vous pourrez profiter de la belle vue et de nombreuses boutiques et restos sur le chemin. Je recommande aussi vivement le petit-déjeuner, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Lovely location that was perfect for resting our weary bones toward the end of our trip. The hot tub was lovely, the attention to detail was superb, and our hosts Martina and Gianmarco were very quick to reply and provide helpful tips or directions. There were a few steps to get into the flat (like five steps no flights of stairs) and a few steps inside the flat itself. All easy for us but if someone has limited mobility, something to consider. Flat’s on the ground floor otherwise! Dining room and kitchen were huge and well stocked. Bed very comfortable. Heard no road or city noise whatsoever. Instructions were very clear. Our laundry took a long time to dry (humid weather) but Martina provided tips promptly to help us out! Very walkable location with a metro stop just down the street, and can easily get a taxi to the sites that are further away. Gelateria dell’Angeletto was 10/10 and just a couple blocks away, got gelato there I think 3x? We loved staying here!

We enjoyed everything about Rafaele’s apartment and his hospitality. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived. All furniture and fittings were modern and seemed brand new. The shower had hot water and the water pressure great. Rafaele really went out of his way to help us, firstly to arrange a driver to bring us from the airport as our plane arrived after 10pm and to research restaurants and activities for us. He gave my daughter a bag of puzzles and activities which he had bought as a gift and we thought was a special touch. The neighbourhood was family oriented with there being a playground next door to the train station, good restaurant and bakery options. Just a very authentic place which was perfect for our style of travel. I highly recommend this air bnb

Fenomenalny widok z apartamentu, łatwe zameldowanie, wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne do życia i do tego świetny basen, który mieliśmy do dyspozycji tylko dla siebie 😁 polecam wszystkim! PS. Należy pamiętać, że na zapłacenie podatku turystycznego mamy tylko 2 dni od zameldowania !

great stay with a great host that helped us with all we needed. good location , just of the main square, with quiet rooms. well decorated and maintained appartment with modern air-conditioning in every room. Definitely a great choise thank you

We had an amazing time. The appartment was great, super clean and had everything we needed. The farm was beautiful, nice places in the shade and a bunch of animals. We even got fresh eggs in the morning. Definite recommendation!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

We voelden ons direct thuis in het gezellige en schone huis van Anna en Ian, gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, en het huis is met zorg ingericht. We hebben genoten van het huis zelf, de bergen in de omgeving en vooral van de hartelijke gastvrijheid. Anna en Ian zijn zulke lieve mensen – warm, behulpzaam en met leuke tips over wat er in de buurt te doen is. Een heerlijk verblijf!

Jana’s place was delightful! Such a great house with so many perks (pool, cinema room, ping pong) Absolutely loved our stay in this gem of a place. The location is very peaceful and offers views in to the valley. That being said there aren’t any big shops close by so you either need a car or need to do a big shop beforehand. All in all it’s a great place and fantastic spot to get away from things and relax by the pool

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

Such a unique place to stay! The host was very sweet with great recommendations. We had a little trouble with the stove but she was super responsive and helped walk us through any minor issues we had. I wish we would of had more time to explore.

Enjoyed my stayed! Everything was within walking distance and super close to public transportation. There are many restaurants near by and an amazing gelato place that’s 5 min away! The apartment was super cozy and I felt at home. Daisy was an amazing host!

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Het was echt prefect! Goede locatie, centraal, super fijne communicatie en heel veel goede en leuke tips ontvangen. Ontzettend genoten en zou zo terug gaan!

Un apartamento fantástico en una zona fantástica. La atención por parte de los anfitriones muy buena. La zona es preciosa para pasear, comer bien, tomar un café... Fuimos a todas partes andando, ya que la mayoría de lugares de interés están a 30 o 40 minutos a pie. Nos dejaron agua, huevos, leche, café... Muy amables y serviciales. Las camas muy cómodas, el espacio limpio y muchas toallas y amenities. ¡Muchas gracias! :)

Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit extrem schneller Rückmeldung. Fragen während des Aufenthalts wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt ideal. Parkplätze sind vorhanden - ggf. muss man mehrmals ums Karree fahren, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir hatten das Glück, fast direkt vor der Wohnung nach 5 mal kreiseln einen frei werdenden Parkplatz für 10 Tage zu finden. Die U-Bahn und der Bus sind rund 200 m entfernt. Es sind nur vier Haltestellen mit der U-Bahn zum Collosseum. Die Buslinie fährt bis zur Engelsburg und dem Vatikan. Die Basilika "Sankt Paul vor den Mauern" ist nur rund 400 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung war Ende Mai auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Klimaanlagen sind aber zusätzlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und ein sehr schönes und modernes Bad. Ein Aufzug erleichtert die Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung im siebten Geschoss. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Incantevole ed elegante appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, pulito, in posizione tranquilla e ben collegato per raggiungere Venezia con i mezzi. Dalle signore delle pulizie che ringraziamo per l’ accoglienza anticipata e le spiegazioni fornite, a Samuel ottimo host sempre disponibile. Torneremo per un soggiorno piu’ lungo. We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Silvio and Anna’s beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with the warmth and care of family. They made sure we had everything we needed - especially thoughtful as we were traveling with our little one. A lovely touch was the welcome basket with snacks and wine, which made us feel instantly at home. The views from their balcony are absolutely breathtaking - sunrises, sunsets, or just a quiet moment with coffee, it was always magical. The private garage was spacious enough for our compact SUV, and if you’re planning to rent a car, this stay is perfectly suited. It’s a peaceful retreat, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of tourist-heavy spots like Amalfi and Positano, yet still very well connected. We found the location to be ideal for day trips - just a 15-minute drive to the marina where we took a beautiful boat tour to Capri, around 40 minutes to reach the charm of Positano, and about 90 minutes to the iconic Amalfi.
