Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Adelianos Kampos

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the villa. The kids had the best time swimming, playing football and tennis, bouncing on the trampoline etc. it was great having so much for them to do at the house so we didn’t have to worry about taking them out when they needed to burn off some energy. This meant the adults could really relax and enjoy their time too. The house is well located, 10-15 minute drive to most places you want to be, supermarket less than 10mins away. Markos was really helpful, met us at the villa when we arrived and gave us loads of recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The place was perfect, we would love to come back!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Despina! Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen, und gleichzeitig ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Süden Kretas zu erkunden. Die Villa selbst ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – von der Küche bis zum schönen Außenbereich mit Pool war alles top gepflegt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bei unserer Ankunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Ein echtes Highlight: der traumhafte Blick auf die umliegende Natur und die Sonnenuntergänge am Abend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Despina jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe, Komfort und kretische Herzlichkeit sucht. Vielen Dank für alles!

I already miss this house. It’s like a fairytale cottage. So many cute little spaces indoors and out. Character and charm! It’s old with stone steps and some low doorways, so don’t be clumsy. Our hosts were hospitable and kind. We felt right at home. There are many flowers, herbs and trees. Unforgettable.

A fantastic stay in a stunning villa. Attention to detail was amazing. Host was readily available 24/7. Little thoughtful touches like a meal prepared for our arrival, dough for the pizza oven and welcome package in the friedge for breakfast, made this villa perfect. The Villa has everything you could need, not only in terms of space and layout, but utensils and equipment. The pool was also cleaned every other day. There are pool towels and shower towels. the kitchen has everything you could think of. Fantastic location with stunning views. only 10 minutes to the coast. An exceptional experience in a stunning location which you would struggle to find better - We're already thinking about returning next year.

Really enjoyed our stay at Phy-Sea villa! Marianna was a great host who greeted us with a tray of fruit and cheese upon checking in and provided us with several wonderful dining and activity recommendations. The place itself is peaceful and close to Chania while feeling like you are getting away. Though there are many beaches close by, we also liked having our own pool. Looking forward to coming back!

Four of us, two couples, spent a very enjoyable week at Roula's stone cottage. A special and stunning location and suspect a rare opportunity to spend time in a traditional style house in a rural cretan mountain village. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. May be better suited to a family stay as the downstairs room has no separate access to bathroom. We enjoyed the peaceful location immensely- great to getup and have breakfast outside with the fresh air and distant sound of goat bells. We travelled to Chania or the beaches along the coast every day and certainly didn't find the village too remote to do so. Nearby Tavernas and gorge walk are a must. Roula, along with her mother, were always quick, helpful and generous when questions were asked and supplied us with eggs and oranges and some home cooked food. Surely one of the best hosts I've experienced on airbnb. Would gladly return.

Mai 2025, 10 Nächte Aufenthalt zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind). Die Villa ist wirklich traumhaft. Wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz auch für mehr Personen (2 Paare, 4-6 Freunde, 2 Familien) und für längere Aufenthalte (Stauraum, Schränke und Regale, etc.). Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und bietet, auch in der Küche, alles was man brauchen kann. Unser Highlight war die überdachte Terrasse. Unser Flug wurde kurzfristig vorverlegt. Ein deutlich früherer Check-In war in unserem Fall überhaupt kein Problem. Stelios ist ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter und engagierter Gastgeber. Wir empfehlen Ihn und seine Villa ohne Einschränkung weiter. Kleine Einschränkung: die Unterkunft ist etwas ab vom Schuss bzw. die Region ist etwas zersiedelt (hauptsächlich wegen der Geographie des Geländes). Ohne eigenes Auto wird es etwas schwierig unserer Meinung nach. Einen kostenfreien Parkplatz direkt am Haus gibt es aber.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Wow what a stunning home with the most amazing views and amenities. It was hard to want to leave to do anything else but enjoy the property! We loved the pool area with so many nice loungers and comfy seating. The outdoor bar was lovely and we had so much fun playing pickleball! The beds were so comfy and the kitchen very spacious. Jerry provided us with nice touches to get us started before getting to the market. And Aggeliki was extremely communicative prior to and during our stay. We felt completely at home and can’t say enough good things about this place!

From Sunrise to Sunset the North facing second floor apartment and balcony offered incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Rethymnon Marina and Fortezza … absolutely no issues or problems with check in, in/out access with secure gated and covered garage parking … comfortable bed, quite building, hot water shower/sinks, flawless high speed internet, excellent cable TV, soft linens, sheets and pillows 5⭐️!

Can’t thank Theo amd Parthenia enough for all their help recommendations and flexibility . The apartment is very well equipped , really felt at home . Incredible views , despite being above all the restaurants , the rooms are well sound proofed and there was no noise at all .. Will definitely be back to visit again .. had a wonderful stay and holiday ❤️

The photos do not do this beautiful place justice. The flowers and greens are so bright, and you have a view of mountains and the sea. Tina is incredibly kind and accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. She sent me home with some wonderful herbs from her garden - they smell amazing! She also treated me to some homemade Cretan cake she baked at the start of my trip. As a solo traveller, this was incredibly special and I am so grateful to her. Driving around the area is fantastic with so many beaches and hikes in the surrounding area. The space is very clean and comfortable! I hope to one day return.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique de l'appartement et bien sûr de la terrasse. Nous conseillons vivement.

Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Manos. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb der Altstadt, diese ist jedoch problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.

Le logement est parfait, un appartement privé où on s’est senti comme chez nous. Le jacuzzi est un vrai + de ce logement, pour se détendre en admirant la vue et en regardant le coucher de soleil. Seul bémol, l’eau n’était pas tout à fait propre, probablement dû à l’utilisation de crème solaire des anciens locataires c’était dommage… L’appartement a tout de parfait, la climatisation est partout dans le logement. Si ce n’est peut être revoir la disposition de la douche qui s’écoule mal, et malheureusement elle s’écoule dans le couloir… un peu embêtant Je recommande à 1000% allez y les yeux fermés. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de Rethymno! C’était parfait.

Would love to come back and stay at 7 Olives again. Each apartment has a stunning view from their balcony. All the guests were quiet and respectful. Two super comfy pillows for each of us which we didn’t find anywhere else on our trip to Europe. The mattress was also very comfortable. And Alex was by far my favorite Greek kitty we met.

The penthouse is exactly like the photos. Everything was pristine and we had a great stay. There’s lots to do within walking distance as well as a very nice beach which we went to a few times for a swim. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

10/10 Eleni is so sweet and helpful dont be afraid to text her for ANY support. The only thing I would say is if u struggle with stairs this may not be the best for you as it at the top of a hill that u need stairs for walking. If u have a car though that wont be an issue for you :)

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Tasos. L’appartement est encore plus magnifique en vrai que sur les photos, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer qui coupe littéralement le souffle. Le jacuzzi privé est un véritable plus, offrant des moments de détente incomparables. L’appartement est parfaitement équipé, tout y est pensé pour votre confort. De plus, vous êtes à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage d’Agia et des meilleurs restaurants du coin, idéal pour profiter pleinement de la région. Tasos est un hôte très attentif et réactif, qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit absolument parfait. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus. P.S. : N’oubliez pas de nourrir le petit chat de la résidence, il est absolument adorable. 😉

Unser Aufenthalt in Chania war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Aussenbereiche wunderschön. Ioanna war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Nikos. La vue est incroyable, on a envie de passer ses journées sur le balcon! La literie est confortable, et il y a tout à disposition pour passer un très bon séjour. Nikos a été très accueillant et discret, il nous a recommandé un lieu pour se garer facilement et rejoindre le centre de Chania à pieds, ce qui a été très pratique! Bref nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances dans ce logement et le recommandons à 100%. Merci Nikos!

Onze week in deze accommodatie was werkelijk onvergetelijk. Vanaf het eerste moment voelde het fijn. We arriveerden laat in de avond, maar dat was voor Anna, onze lieve gastvrouw, totaal geen probleem. Ze stond klaar met een warm welkom, er lag een schaal vers fruit, water in de koeling. Het is werkelijk aan alles is gedacht: van keukenuitrusting tot strandspullen, speelgoed voor kinderen. De inrichting is zowel stijlvol als kindvriendelijk, wat het verblijf voor ons als gezin extra comfortabel maakte. Buiten wachtte ons een prachtig uitzicht, en de ligging is perfect: binnen 10 minuten wandelen bevind je je al in de gezellige en historische Old Town. We hebben genoten van de rust, de natuur, het comfort en de gastvrijheid. Deze plek is met recht een verborgen juweeltje en wij zouden het zonder aarzelen opnieuw boeken. Absolute aanrader!
