Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Adams County

It was a great place full of history.. road noise was noticeable.. but you get used to it! It was extremely spacious!! It was so close to the event venue we were there for!! Literally like a mile away! This definitely made it a great place!!

The stay at Jeff's place was amazing. We didnt spend alot of time at the house but what time we did spend was great! Wish we had more time at the house but it is a beautiful home and spacious. Very easy check in and clear directions! Jeff is very responsive. We would highly recommend this place to stay and are looking forward to staying again next year for the same event.

Kayla has gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and truly comfortable AirB&B experience. The house has EVERYTHING that you could possibly want in a rental. The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, a full coffee bar, every bathroom essential you could think of, comfortable beds, plenty of extra linens, blankets, towels, etc. The house is well equipped to handle babies and dogs as well as multiple people. She has placed Information everywhere so there’s never a question as to how anything works, and her guidebook is full of information and suggestions about the local area. The yard is great for hanging out. She is responsive and just all-around an absolute super host. We had a wonderful time staying at this house and it was truly one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at. If you are looking for a family location in the Gettysburg area, do not hesitate to book this house.

Nice place, great location in the heart of the historic district. Most places in town within walking distance including many good dining options. Short drive to the Battlefields and visitors center. We would stay there again.

We LOVED everything about this place. It was such a short drive into our favorite part of town. Beautiful to wake up in the morning and have coffee on the front porch. We stayed on a hot weekend so having the pool was fantastic. My girls loved being able to swim in between exploring Gettysburg. And my two year old especially loved getting to talk about the cows. Our best Gettysburg stay yet!

This home was the perfect location in Gettysburg to walk nearly anywhere in the area. Additionally, the house had enough space and amenities (indoor and outdoor) needed for a large group visiting town. The host was very responsive and the house was everything seen in the photos and more. Don't forget to bring a few coins to add onto the stone wall!

We have a fantastic stay at Lincoln Slept Near Here. The spaces fit our group perfectly. There were good spaces for spreading out and being together. We loved the summertime fireflies in the backyard, the local touches and that it was easy to walk to the grocery store. The games and books, relevant to the area were a nice touch and the guestbook was beautifully done. We would be happy to stay again if we find ourselves in Gettysburg and would recommend it to a friend. :) Thanks Dan!

Everything was as described. Well stocked for travelers and even eggs for us. Off the highway, but still close to town and sights. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Gregg's place while getting my other daughter settled at a local summer program. Gregg was helpful, responsive, and communicative. The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, quiet, and had every amenity you'd want. We felt absolutely safe and comfortable and we had a relaxing stay. We're already planning to come back. Amazing value and lovely experience!

We absolutely loved our stay in Emily's place. It was even better in person than the photos. Emily was communicative and proactive- she thought of everything we needed ahead of time! My daughter loved the hot tub, fire pit, and smores kit!

Great stay for my first time using Airbnb, a homely cozy place and Teresa was very friendly, communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend for others and will be staying again if I ever return to the area I will be sure to stay here again, thank you much!

What a wonderful retreat! I can't think of a better place to stay where you're surrounded by books, art and the countryside.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Ralph and Vera’s home. The home was spotless, comfortable, and the setting was so quiet and peaceful. Our children enjoyed playing on the playground area outside our space and there was also a beautiful gazebo on the property that could be used as well. The home was well stocked with any items you might need during your stay. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while stopping through on our way back home. Thanks to Ralph and Vera for a wonderful stay!

Lovely place! Such a nice pillow to rest my head on after a long day at Hersheypark. I loved the regional decor and the amenities Makayla had to offer. Brought back fond memories of when I lived in Palmyra. Would definitely stay there again!!

This place is awesome and we can’t wait to return. Everything was very clean, and it was private and so relaxing. The owners were very responsive and provided everything and even surprised us with fresh eggs. The chickens were such fun to watch from the patio, and Izzy their dog was so friendly. The owners are wonderful people and they were very attentive. We can’t wait to return.

Unique place, perfect for bike tourists. Close to the trail and many food/drink options. How many places offer the chance to bunk down in a pen museum, located in a historic house?

I was there for my daughter's wedding. it was the perfect place to stay during the weekend for the wedding. The place is very clean, had enough extra towels and linens.

We enjoyed our stay at The Franklin. The place was fresh, clean and had both handicapped & regular parking right outside our door. There are restaurants and a brewery within walking distance as well as The Maryland Theatre. We felt at home and will revisit in the future. Kudos to the owner!
