beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. Great place to stay. Looks much better than in pictures. Very spacious, you can fit a large family there. The rooms look better than in expensive hotels. Nice and bright kitchen. The only small downside is that there wasn't any shower gel(just something that seemed like hand sanitizer more than anything)and no cleaning products for the kitchen either but even without these, the place looked spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. Amazing location, close to shops and cafes. The place is very well maintained and the living room is superb and spacious with a lovely dining table. The owner is great and discreet as well, didn't bother with rules or anything. Overall amazing experience. I really liked the wall decorations on the corridor and living room. The mirror panels look very cool and modern.

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very nice. There was a single-vehicle parking space available. The view was perfect. Overall, we were very satisfied.

We had an amazing stay here! The views were absolutely stunning—even better than the photos. The location is perfect, close to everything near Baghdad St with easy access to ferries and a ton of local spots. And the host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

A beautiful house suitable for relaxation and escaping the noise of the cities. It’s true that it is far from the city center, but the views from the living room and balcony are absolutely stunning, allowing you to contemplate the beauty of nature and the sea.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa - it had everything and even more, comfortable house with 2 separate bedrooms + bedroom mixed with living room + bedroom with separate toilet upstairs. Wonderful terrace, both in-house and outdoors shower, private beach, grill place, sauna, multiple locations for sitting. We were 6 people and villa suited us perfectly. Thank you a lot for hospitality!

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

The house is beautiful, tidy and clean with 4 rooms, three of the rooms have air conditioners, a large air-conditioned hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a dryer, and four bathrooms. The resident only needs a private car to get around

Simply magical! We had our mini wedding at that villa and it was everything we wished for. Erus is very helpful and always available.
