Vacation rentals with beach access in Adalar

Öncelikle evin konumu çok iyi. Marmaraya ve Bostancı İskelesine yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Maltepe parkına da aynı şekilde yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için büyük avantaj. Bağdat caddesindeki çoğu mekana 15-20 dk mesafede. Mutfak, banyo ve yatak odası gayet temizdi. Mutfak malzemelerini rahatça kullandık ama tavalar biraz çizik olduğu için kendimiz ufak bir tava aldık. Yalnızca halı pek temiz değildi. Çocuksuz konaklamalarda bir problem olmaz ama oğlumuz henüz emekleme aşamasında olduğu için biraz rahatsız etti açıkçası. Özetle, keyifli ve rahat bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Very clean and safe apartment in an upscale neighborhood of Istanbul. It is within 5-10 minutes walking distance to major public transportation points in Istanbul as well. The hot communicates within 5 minutes for questions or concerns so I had absolutely no issues during my stay. I’d highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a safe, upscale, private accommodation in Kadikoy with super easy access to public transportation (sea, bus,dolmuş, underground,train,minibus in the palm of your hand).

The apartment is in great location near the train station , walking distance to the seaside and several parks. Apartment is fully equipped for cooking. Very enjoyable and relaxing space, modern decor.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Thank you for letting mum and I stay till 1pm in which help us out a lot. As mums not well and we didn’t need to rush out., it allowed her to rest up before her travel back home. Thanks again. 🙏🥰

My family and I (4 people total) stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, with everything brand new and in perfect condition. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. Hasan was incredibly responsive and welcoming—he made everything easy and enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. The neighborhood is walkable and not in a steep area, unlike some parts of Istanbul. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the ferry and other public transportation options were just a short walk away. One thing to note: there is only one bathroom, and it's located inside the bedroom. For groups larger than two, that may affect privacy depending on the sleeping setup. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to consider. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without hesitation.

Bulması kolay oldu. Saolsun direk konum da iletildi. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyim oldu. Semt içinde iyi bi yerde. Zemin katta fakat kliması iyi, banyosu sade ve temizdi, buz dolabı da çok iyi soğutuyordu. Koltukları rahattı. Mahremiyetten yana sıkıntım olmadı ki benim için önemli olan noktalardan biri buydu. Memnun kaldım. Tekrar teşekkürler.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

Perfect location, felt just like home. Host experience is solid.

Parfait accueil par Wahid lors de notre arrivée à Istanbul! Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des grands sites à visiter (Mosquée bleue, Sainte-Sophie, Grand Bazar, etc). Wahid est un hôte parfait et son magasin de tapis situé au premier étage est une mine de richesse et de belles trouvailles!

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

Im großen und Ganzen war die Preis Leistung sehr gut. Ich fand es etwas feucht in der Wohnung. Der Gastgeber ein super netter junger Mann, sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir durften um 7 Uhr einchecken und um 15 Uhr auschecken das war super nett. Die Gegend ist nicht die allerbeste aber alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

A perfect house and a wonderful host, Sema Hanım! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, every item in the house is very valuable and meaningful. While I was sitting on the balcony, I felt like a sultan living in the old times and watching the Bosphorus in her palace, I woke up every morning with the whistles of the ships passing through the Bosphorus, I drank my coffee among the singing of the birds, I walked in the forest area near the house or ran down to the beach. As for the host, Esma Hanım.. I don't know how to describe her in words, she is very helpful, very naive, very smart, an exemplary woman, I have nothing to do but feel lucky to have met her, thank you for designing such a house and coming into my life!

Hasan was very warm and welcoming throughout. I could easily message him any time of the day and he would help out immediately. Once at midnight, I had accidentally dropped my keys between the elevator shaft and Hasan was immediately ready to come to the rescue. Very helpful, responsive. Would highly recommend staying here especially when here for work or longer durations

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Meine Verlobte und ich sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden, es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Omer ist ein sehr freundlicher und offener Mensch super nett und immer gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und gemütlich😍
