We had a really pleasant stay at this beautiful apartment! The place is very bright, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nenad is very pleasant and responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. We especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—perfect for morning coffee. The apartment is located in a quiet central area, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Plenty of public transportation options are available close by, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend choosing this apartment for your next trip!

Perfect apartment, great kitchen, dinning and living room area. Fantastic rooms, with plenty of closet space. Brilliant, with two bathrooms. The neighborhood is a great place to stay, new and trendy, with just a short walk to the old part of town. We had a fantastic stay and can recommend for anyone, also if you are travelling with kids. 👍

Salvo was a great host. He helped with everything. The location of the house was magnificent. The house was extremely clean. The house was very easy to find. The house is centrally located close to everywhere. There were grocery stores and restaurants around the house. I'm sure I'll stay here again when I come back.

Very well performance for the price. The apartment is at the center of Belgrade, I didn't take any bus during my 7 days trip. I'm sensitive to sounds during sleeping so my only concern was the pigeons coming at the mornings, despite that I'd still rent it again.

This apartment was perfect for a city break. The positioning is great as you are at a walking distance away from the most popular places in town, and it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Totally recommend this place and it’ll definitely be the first on the list if I ever come back to Belgrade :)

I can't even begin to describe this place. First of all, Pavle is the best host I've ever encountered. He listened to our needs and helped us out in any way that he could. Now the apartment, PERFECT! It is stunning, the surroundings also. Extremely clean, even the towels smelt amazing. We had everything we needed starting from kitchen accessories to shower gels, shampoos etc. Ok, maybe some laundry detergent could've come in handy. Everything was really comfortable. Felt like a home really. The view from the balcony is to die for. The parking garage was a nice touch, something you don't really find at other places, easy access. It is close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, the mall, the Danube, very convenient. Belgrade Waterfront is something else, we were amazed. We can't wait to come back. Thank you again Pavle! ✌🏻

It's a nice place to stay one night before heading out to the airport.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

A beautiful place to escape the city crowds and escape. The calm relaxing host was also very kind to us. On the terrace area of the house there is a beautiful view of nature on the evening against the view and the daytime. Thanks for everything. Get ready to sleep by swinging like a crib

Milka was a super hostess, she was immediately available for all questions and helped with advice and assistance. It is a very nice house and the complex is perfect for groups. Always happy to come back!

Great, I recommend it!

A very big house in a great location with lots of space. The pool was awesome and the little solar boat house is charming. There are even speakers for events, which came handy for us. Could use more forks, more glasses and a pot to boil water though.

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

I'd love to come back there. Easy to find private parking, near the highway. Too bad we couldn't block longer Will definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was extremely clean, well maintained and tastefully appointed. We felt at home from the first moment. A big plus was the view – absolutely gorgeous!! The area is quiet, near a huge park ideal for relaxation, but still close to the points of interest. The host was kind and communicative, she gave us all the necessary information for a carefree stay. We will definitely come back!

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.
