House vacation rentals in Acuto

A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Cosy apartment with real fire

Luca, super friendly person, super helpful, really perfect. We had a great time in the villa and above all privacy and relaxation are the masters. We will definitely come back but at least for a 1 month stay. Thanks also to Luca's girlfriend who welcomed us on our arrival, a perfect check-in. Thank you very much we had a great time as if we were at home. Super recommended 100%

We had a wonderful midweek in this beautiful holiday home in Formia. The house is beautiful and is located in a beautiful garden full of olive and citrus trees, where materials such as rocks have been used in a natural way – really an atmospheric place to stay. Contact with the host Diego was very smooth; he always responded quickly to our questions. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by his parents, which immediately made us feel welcome. Although the pool was not yet filled (as indicated in advance), it was a pity with the beautiful weather that we could not use it – that had made the stay completely perfect. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for excursions and activities. In short: a wonderful place for those who love nature, peace and Italian charm!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

Beautiful and very large villa, equipped with all comforts both in the interior spaces and in the pool area. We really appreciated Isa's availability to extend the check-out time as she had no reservations for the same day. Highly recommended!

Outstanding villa that will take you back in time and a beautiful walking path that will clear your mind from a busy city life. You will enjoy the stars on a clear night, witness beautiful sunsets and appreciate the sounds of nature. Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

Such a peaceful, lovely space! That view was unbeatable! The bed was comfortable and the apartment well-appointed. We were able to make ourselves several meals and had all that we needed to do so. We were glad to have the entire location to ourselves until late in the evening the night before we left. The parking situation seems like it would have been tricky had the house been full during our stay.

Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Good starting point for bike tours

Gabriele was the perfect host, always available. The place was clean and central to everything. I highly recommend this place😆

Alessandro's place has a great location, right on the beach, which was amazing. You can walk along the beach for 10 mins to reach the restaurants, and it's definitely worth a trip to the old town as well. The house itself is very simple, but the garden and beach are the stars of the show.

A lovely, exceedingly tidy little apartment with stunning views of the lake and enormous TV screens! Very tranquil. Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as there's a steep, stone-paved path leading to the entrance (the host helped with the luggage). I wish I could have stayed longer and would certainly go back again.

This Airbnb was everything we could’ve hoped for, beautiful, spotless, and in the most convenient location. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The space itself was like a work of art. It was thoughtfully designed, unique, and full of character. Christian was an incredible host, he was warm, responsive, and full of amazing local recommendations that truly made our trip special. We felt so well taken care of. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Rome. Highly recommend!

The apartment is authentic and has lots of soul and charm. Excellent towels. Gorgeous garden, with tons of jasmine in bloom. Best restaurants in town are within easy walking distance, and the immediate neighborhood is gorgeous and feels secluded with tons of atmosphere. Paolo and his family are conscientious hosts. Would absolutely come back!

Staying here was wonderful and is exactly how it's shown in the pictures. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the space. The town was nice to walk around at night and was very quiet and we got great sleep. You can really see the time and effort the host put into the place.

AMAZING HOUSEEEEE. If you wanna relax with the whole fam, this is the RIGHT place, away from the city. And also near to ROMANO outlet -25 mins awayy to go for luxury shopping !

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks
