Our guest apartment is absolutely brand new, transformed from an old typography workshop to a sophisticated design space. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood. Earthly colors, wood and unique pieces of art, make up an ideal house for a small family or three people, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, on three different levels. At first you'll be drawn to this house for three simple reasons: location, location, location! It's within walking distance of almost everything you will want to visit in Athens. The Ground floor of the house consists of the living room, an open plan kitchen and a W.C. Right outside, there is the patio with comfortable sitting and also a rather unique feature: an outside bar. Here, along with your drink, you can enjoy great views of the surrounding city and the neighboring hill of Lycabettus. The First floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed. Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

We were received by Konstantina's husband, Steve who was very kind to welcome us despite our very late arrival. The place was very well furnished, the bedding comfortable. Despite her absence, Konstantina was very responsive by message and Steve was there to advise us. He offered us some very good fruit and a confectionery from the island of Chios. We will keep fond memories of this home and these two lovely hosts. If we go back to Athens we will surely go back to Konstantina and Steve's! I recommend 100%!

There are 2 big beds and one sofa bed , all of them are comfortable and the house is clean spacious and accessible for everyone. The Private parking is something that really stood out for us. The host was really helpful with the instructions and whatever else we needed while we were there. Overall a very good experience, we will surely look to stay there again.

Staying at Eleni’s Airbnb was one of the best parts of our trip to Greece! The apartment easily accommodated our large group of 12 people—something that’s not easy to find in a city. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a group of our size. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to two metro stations, with tons of great restaurants, cafes, and shops right nearby. What really made this stay exceptional, though, was Eleni. She’s easily one of the most helpful and attentive hosts I’ve ever encountered. She responded to every question quickly and offered so many helpful suggestions—everything from restaurants and attractions to bars and local tips. Her recommendations helped us experience Athens like locals. I would give her 6 stars if I could! I initially spent one month at Nikos’ place but I later decided to prolong my stay of another month. The apartment was clean, new, modern, and well furnished. Nikos was a great host, nice and always responsive. The apartment is close to the metro station of Neos Kosmos but one can walk and reach Koukaki in 15 minutes and the acropolis museum in 20 minutes by foot. It is also surrounded by many supermarkets like lidl. Highly recommended.

As expected, only thing that was not entirely clear was that what the 'third bedroom' was sort of the second half of the living room, but there is a sliding door that can be closed for privacy.

the host was super responsive as we get it after sudden flight cancellation and I did the reservation on last minute. Despite we checked in suddenly, the proporty was very clean and ready the host ass understanding and cooperative. the aparment furniture is good quality and the office is perfect as we had to work from the apartment remotely. the Internet connection was good and the parking under the building is very safe and convenient. and trasportation is well connecting to Athens. I recommend it.

A fantastic base for exploring Athens! From the beginning, Kostis was an incredibly pro-active host and he was key in making our stay so enjoyable, smooth and stress-free. His recommendations are excellent, and he was really helpful in arranging reliable taxi drivers and guides. He is truly a super-host with clear, accurate and timely communication. The apartment is conveniently located close to the main areas and historic sites of Athens, everything very accessible on foot (and also steps away from public transport). It is very clean and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable beds and all amenities should you wish to self-cater. However, there are so many great places for coffee and food close by if you want to experience wonderful Greek hospitality! It is also very quiet and peaceful even in such a central location. I highly recommend staying at this apartment, we will certainly choose it again for our next visit to Athens. Thank you Kostis!

Maria's apartment is wonderful. The Acropolis looked very beautiful and the view was amazing. The house has a large terrace, is spacious and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It is close to the metro and the city center. The neighborhood is quiet with many restaurants and shops. Maria is very nice, helpful and friendly. I would happily stay again and definitely recommend it.

I am from New York but my parents are from Athens. I feel I’m therefore in a unique position to declare that if a traveler wants to experience the REAL, genuine, warm, friendly, safe, and HOSPITABLE city, then staying at this clean and convenient apartment is a great place to start. Panormou is not a famous neighborhood among tourists interested in “seeing the sights” before “island hopping,” but it is a GEM of a neighborhood. If you get off the metro, shop at sklavenitis, have coffee at veneti, buy a souvlaki at panormou geuseis, and visit the laiki/farmers market outside your window on Saturday then you can go back home and say “I went to the real Athens and the real Athens is amazing.” Do it! This place is charming, old-school, cozy, flawless. And most impotently uncorrupted by gentrification and over tourism.

An open-air hot tub is situated on a private terrace, surrounded by a glass railing. The bubbling water reflects the sunlight, while the Acropolis is visible in the distance, framed by a clear blue sky.

Super nice contact! Questions were always answered very quickly. Taxi to and from the airport also worked very well. Upon arrival, the apartment was shown to us again and everything was explained. It was really all very clean and as shown in the pictures. The metro is super easy to reach in 5 minutes on foot and there is also a small supermarket nearby where you can buy something for breakfast, etc. We were very pleased and would book this apartment again. Michael was an excellent host! We didn't have the chance to meet him but he was so helpful in inviting us into his space. It was clean and perfect for our few days in Athens. It's well designed and has everything you'd need. He gave us great recommendations for the neighborhood. Good food and restaurants are only steps away from his home. Highly recommend and will definitely stay when I return.
