Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

Comfortable basement apartment, with free parking at 200 meters, furnished in a functional way for any type of traveller. Located in a strategic position halfway between the sea and the center of Rome, 20 min drive from FCO Airport, a short distance you will have buses 063, 04/ and 04 which lead in a few minutes to Acilia Station (Rome-Lido Train). There are also facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and shops. Also great for resting!

Ideal for families, groups of friends or couples looking for tranquility. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the Acilia station, on the Rome-Lido line and is located between the center of Rome and the sea. Currently, due to work on the railway line, from Monday to Friday the last bus leaves from Porta San Paolo and Lido center at 9 pm (after this time there are replacement buses). On Saturdays and Sundays the last bus is at 11:30 pm.
