This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

The house name was chosen because every year late April a pair of kestrels have chosen the balcony as their nesting place. These beautiful birds have been returning each year for at least five years to nest. The same has been the experience with previous guests - they always return!

This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
