"L'albero delle noci" Cottage

My accommodation is 10' from the Costa dei Trabocchi and 40' from the Majella and National Parks of Abruzzo; 5' from the Eucharistic Miracle. Charming house immersed in nature and 5 'from the center of Lanciano; surrounded by garden and parking; completely independent, with living room (possibly sofa bed) kitchenette, bathroom, double bedroom. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Tourist tax to be paid on site (€ 1 per person for the first 2 nights).

at the ‘B&B mare mio’ you stay in a splendid sea-view flat on the second and last floor of a 1950s building, with reserved car parking, just a few steps from the beach with a beach umbrella reserved for you, next to the ‘strada parco’ with its characteristic Wednesday street market, 1 km from the shopping promenade with various shops and the night ‘movida’ in the pedestrian precinct and, for our welcome guests only, conventions/immediate discounts at local activities.

Lovely mountain house

Lovely mountain house, thoughtfully decorated. It consists of a kitchen with table, chairs and fireplace, a living room with sofa and television, a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a lovely window overlooking the historic center, two bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom with washing machine. The house is equipped with a methane system so hot water is always available and in winter the environment is hot.

The scent of the pine trees and the view of the blue, wide sea will put you in the well-deserved "holiday mode" within a few seconds.  In this quiet, stylish environment with a spacious pool and sun terrace, you can escape the hustle and bustle of beach life and take it to the hills (nature reserve) and olive groves of the picturesque village of Montepagano. As an accompaniment, you can take the two house dogs, Aurelia and Ferdinand.

Casa Norina ist ein historisches Landhaus in den wunderschönen Abruzzen, in absoluter Alleinlage inmitten der Olivenhaine. Wir haben seid 2014 nun das Appartment neben dem Haupthaus anzubieten. Wie dort, wurde auch hier viel Wert auf authentische Matrialien gelegt. Ein kleines Schmuckstück für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Der zugehörige Garten mit über 8000 qm und der Pool stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.
