Apartment vacation rentals in Abruzzo

We stayed at the “Il Selvaggio” apartment for the entire month of August and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment, inside a renovated villa in an enchanting and very evocative setting, is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The house is beautiful, very clean, quiet and with a terrace and a magnificent view. Appliances, mattresses, pillows, bathroom, and furniture are chosen with great taste and functionality. The location also allows you to visit both the south of the Marche and the north of Abruzzo with ease. Supermarkets, ice cream parlors, restaurants are easily accessible. Teresa, her husband and children were very kind: they were very discreet people, but at the same time attentive to our needs and gave us a lot of useful advice. The garden produce was superb: tomatoes and salad with unique flavors. We hope to be able to return in the fall/winter!

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

I enjoyed my stay. Roberto provided very good insights about the surrounding area. What I loved most, is that he provided a bicycle! The beach is close and quiet, not very touriste, but if you prefer busy, it's very close. One thing... it's very close to a major road AND train tracks.

Very pleasant stay! The host was very kind and helpful from the first contact. The apartment was very clean, surrounded by greenery, quiet and super equipped: nothing was really missing. Great for a romantic weekend or for those who want to relax a few days by the sea. The location is convenient: supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, and the center of Ortona is also easily accessible. Highly recommended!

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Apartment located in the historic center of Scanno (full pedestrian area), very clean, quiet, well distributed (living area upstairs) and equipped with everything and beyond what you need to have a great stay. Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also just a 5-minute walk to a super efficient and economical multi-storey parking lot, nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, a bit spartan the bed solution (being a studio you have to settle for a sofa bed) but overall more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

Maria and Nunzio are a couple of very friendly, kind and friendly hosts. He came to pick me up at the station and provided me with the local gourmet dessert Nevola was always smiling. The lasagna and rice she made were super delicious to make coffee that tastes better. Nunzio is a very fun and talkative person. I had a lot of fun chatting with them. They made me feel at home and made me feel at home next time they'll stay at home.

The accommodation is perfect in all respects. Very spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished. The host and co-host are very friendly and helpful and have provided all the necessary information. They made us feel welcome!

The place is very spacious and comfortable. The family who hosted us is made up of special people and very hospitable, especially Grandpa Giò. It is very easy to reach the train station, both on foot and by car, also because in front of the station there is a large free parking lot. The property is in a very quiet area from which you can easily reach the surroundings and organize pleasant excursions. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Roberta and her beautiful family!!!

Good apartment with big balcony and see view. I liked quiet location a bit away from beach (few minutes) near by is big supermarket. Well equipt kitchen, fast wifi. Good price/quality balance. Would definitely come back

I was very pleased with my week's stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful Trabocchi coast. We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Our summer final vacation as a family of 4 in Giulianova was completely successful. The accommodation is modern and has everything you need. The location right on the sea is great.

Beautiful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and thoughtfulness, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it's a good place to "escape."

Small relaxing corner. Clean and tidy rooms, with all the essentials. The details make the difference, like the LEDs, Netflix, the tub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.

Marco was extremely kind, attentive and available. In addition, he is a biker and passionate about mechanics (he drives a 2CV Charleston and a Harley!!!). His wife is lovely too, and even speaks a little French. A very nice time. A good pizzeria is 2.5 km away...

We stayed in the accommodation located in Teramo outside the historic center, but close to the highway exit. Really easy to get to. In addition, the house is renovated inside, very spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. We had a great time!
