Dry Dock Cottage

SiobhanRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The photos do not do the Drydock Cottage justice - it is even more beautiful than it looks in the photos and also a lot more spacious. The attention to detail and every element of the design that has gone into the conversion of this building is second to none. The location is also absolutely perfect - so peaceful, tucked away in gorgeous grounds with a view straight out onto the canal and across over the valley to the mountains beyond. I could have sat and watched the world go by, including the families of ducks, all day. The home made goodies were very welcoming and I loved every minute of my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for people looking to escape to somewhere unique and peaceful.

A modern kitchen is presented with crisp white cabinetry and sleek countertop. Stainless steel appliances along with kettle and toaster in bright yellow add a pop of color. Geometric backsplash complements the design, while natural light brightens the space through the window.

Hare Cottage Abergavenny Town Centre Beautiful Acc

GraceRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Hare Cottage is the perfect location for exploring Abergavenny and the surrounding areas. It’s a short drive to nearby villages and towns worth a visit (Brecon, Crickhowell, Talybont on Usk). Our 3 year old loved finding all the hares around the house. It was perfectly equipped, in a safe and quiet area with parking and an enclosed garden for our dog. We managed a parkrun in Merthyr, a walk up Sugarloaf Mountain, several trips to the local pubs and restaurants which are only a few minutes walk away and dog walks in Castle Meadows. Jack gave us local recommendations which were excellent and we found a few to add to the list: Pizza at the Towpath Inn (Gilwern) Beers and pies at the Brecon Tap (Brecon) O’Connell Bakery (Abergavenny)

Absolute perfection, the location is so stunning we wanted to move in permanently! The location is absolutely magical, the facilities were perfectly kept, the secret peaceful pool is a hidden gem and the welsh cakes were delicious too. There's so much to do and see right on the doorstep too we're already planning to come back

Luxurious 1-Bed Apartment in Abergavenny

KiraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Came for a wedding and Tom's place was the perfect place for the weekend. Stylish and lux - couldn't be happier with my stay. Perhaps good to note - though it's evident in the photos the bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase. It's very narrow so if you have any mobility issues, something to consider before booking.

Ty Nant Treehouse with covered hot tub

Just WOW! Victoria’s treehouse in the woods was peaceful perfection. Everything was immaculate. Victoria was a great host, super friendly and welcoming. The treehouse itself was everything we could have wanted and more. The wood fired hot tub was fantastic. Everything had been carefully thought out and provided. All the little extras just added that piece of luxury. And the golf buggy down to the cabin was super fun. We’ll definitely be back!
