Excellent place, great location!

Keiko was so responsive and gave great suggestions for alternative transportation when our flight was delayed. She also got us snacks since we landed late and knew we would be hungry. We couldn’t have asked for a better welcome to the country. She also helped us with luggage transfer information and assisted us with form filling. The place is very comfortable and has all listed amenities. It is centrally located and has the best host. Many restaurants close by and easy commute to the stations. We would certainly recommend the place for a group of 3 or less.

Nice location, right next to the subway station, easy to get around, easy to get to Shinsaibashi and its surroundings.There is also a balcony where you can see far away.There are also large supermarkets around, and it is also convenient to buy some simple food.Good value for money.

I needed to stay suddenly, so I used this place. The room was clean, had everything you needed, was close to the station, and the location was very good. I felt that it was cheaper than a hotel and that it was good value for the money. We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.

Very cozy place in Osaka! The apartment is located in a very walkable area, a ~10-20 minute walk to nearby trains, and is very close to Dotonbori. Made for a great place to stay at while exploring the city!

This is the best stay I had when I'm in Japan compared to other bnb I stayed. Location is amazing, lots of things to do and walkable distance to lots of places. The place itself is very spacious and clean. Toshi prepared all the necessary amenities and even refill stations for soaps and detergents. Trash sorting instruction is very clear so you don't need to worry about that. There are lift, vending machine downstairs, izakayas, konbinis, and sops nearby. There's also a donki just 3 min from our place which is amazing. And night walk around shinsekai is wonderful. The portable wifi is very useful and easy to use. I have 0 complaints about this place. Would definitely book here again if I'm visiting osaka again. Thank you so much Toshi!

Nice place and spacious relatively for Japan. Fairly near the train station as well (good coverage of osaka loop line and to usj), though not as convenient to reach Namba (walk 20min or train 3 stops with a line change). Host was really quick at helping when we had a boiler issue. Overall great, definitely recommend!

The bnb was well equipped with daily supplies, well cleaned, and overall a comfortable stay. Only downside is the slow network speeds on the home wifi.

We spent 8 nights in Osaka, and Tony's place was perfect. Nakatsu station is ~5 minutes from the house, and you can get anywhere from there. Tony was phenomenal, meeting us when we arrived, showing us how everything operated at his place, and then taking us to the train station on our departure day. Tony is great and his place is great. I could not imagine staying anywhere else now. Phenomenal host. Honestly, the best we've ever had, and we've had great hosts. Book now!

Will’s place was by far our favorite in Japan! The location was perfect, super close to the train, restaurants and grocery store. Will even went out of his way to check us in himself and give us a tour which we really appreciated, he even stocked the fridge with some welcome treats! The house has everything you need all you have to do is bring your clothes. It was the cleanest place we stayed in which is important for us because we were traveling with kids. Thank you Will for an amazing stay and we look forward to booking your home again :)

The location of the B&B is excellent, only a five-minute walk from the train station, and the environment is also quiet.The house is clean and well equipped, there are no shortcomings, it would be better if there were two showers.In addition, the house owner's response was very prompt, and they tried to help us with some additional requests.We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.

I really enjoyed my stay at this spacious place! The place had plenty of room to relax and move around, making it perfect for both work and downtime. Great place to stay a few stations away from Namba. if you want to experience a peaceful residential area with a direct line from Kansai Airport, and a few stops away to Namba- this place is perfect. The place is exactly as shown in photos. The bed was comfy, and the owner provided a manual in English on how to use all the appliances inside the house. Check in was so easy since you will be provided with a code to open the door. Another plus is that there’s a 711, LIFE supermarket, and the train station has an elevator access!! Just be mindful that not a lot of restaurants are close by so we tend to buy food only at the supermarket and just reheat it and/or cook. Overall: Value for money!

I stayed here for 8 days during my Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe trip, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space had a cozy, peaceful vibe — perfect for unwinding after a full day of sightseeing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, from the comfy bed to the small touches that made the stay extra homey. The location is in a quiet residential area, which I really appreciated — it gave me a more local and relaxed experience. Even though it’s tucked away from the busier parts of the city, getting around was easy thanks to the nearby tram. It was a unique and charming way to explore Osaka, and it connected well to major train lines. I loved coming back here each evening — it was always calm, safe, and felt like my own little space in Japan. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a warm, comfortable stay while exploring the Kansai region. Would definitely book again!

Great apartment to stay at in Osaka! Within walking distance to Dotonbori, still quiet/peaceful for rest. Very well decorated, well stocked kitchen and bathroom and lots of towels. Great, responsive, helpful host. Only few drawbacks is lack of storage space (limited closets) and having to share one bathroom/toilet. Would definitely recommend to others and we would stay here again in the future!

The stay was very comfortable, close to the neighborhood, not near the street, very quiet, comfortable to live in, very clean, there is a kettle and simple kitchen utensils, downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient, you can walk to the core area of Shinsaibashi

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

The house is very well located, close to the station, surrounded by food streets.This is a Japanese-style room, as a foreigner, we need to adapt a little, but it also gave us an interesting experience.Fully equipped, clean, and the host thoughtfully prepared a variety of linens and supplies.

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Our experience here was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making it a real pleasure to experience living like a local Japanese in a condo, rather than a typical chain hotel. The location is unbeatable: you're just steps from the subway and a short walk from both Dotonbori Street and Kuromon Market. We had a truly wonderful stay in a highly convenient spot. Highly recommended!
