The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

The house is completely secluded and with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is well-suited for winter stays. Beautiful, small holiday apartment for 2 people in cozy Arnager about 8 km. from Rønne with 10 meters to a nice beach. Includes living room and kitchen in one, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.

Enjoy a wonderful stay by the water. In this lovely house you wake up overlooking the water and sunrise. Just outside the door to the east, the path goes along the water from Svaneke to Listed harbor. If you walk south along the water, you pass the harbor, Svaneke Bread, the lighthouse and ports on the Southeast of Paradis, which is the island's coziest cafe, located on the beach in between the cliffs. Where there's a volleyball court and a spring spring. Then you need cozy walks, swim in the water, this unique place is obvious

There are very few actual summerhouses in Gudhjem. Here is one - unique - both in style and location. The nordic/bohemian vibe is thoroughly implemented throughout the house. Everything from the bedroom with the pitoresque view upstairs to the kitchen/ livingroom area with the fireplace and the french door leading to the romantic small courtyard devided into tiny patios in different levels, to the lounge area with gasgrill amongst clematis on the surrounding stone fence, just screams hygge !

Super cozy, small independent annex with access to lovely courtyard in Årsdale - a small fishing village 3.5 km south of Svaneke. 25 sqm secluded home furnished with flea finds. Just 100 meters from the sea, the harbor, the cliffs, a small beach, smokehouse and Mikkeller's cafe. Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Lots of opportunities for cool excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. We live in the main house - and just love our place!

This small, cozy apartment is located in the Dueodde Feriepark and is only about 200 m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Bornholm. In the vacation park, there is an outdoor pool (approximately from mid-June to mid-September), an indoor pool and sauna (approximately from Easter to autumn vacations) as well as a gym with table tennis, table soccer and various board games (open all year round). There is also a tennis court and a playground with picnic benches.

Spacious house with fabulous sea view and close to the ocean. Houses up to eight people. Stairs are child safe and children/baby beds and chairs are available. Three bedrooms on three floors (top floor: 1x double and 1xsingle bed, living room floor: 1x double bed, basement: 2x double bed). New bathroom and 2xtoilets. Cosy kitchen with new appliances and a lovely light living room. Outdoor terraces on both sides of the house with ocean view. Hip bar and bistro in town.

A 25 sqm sun terrace with fantastic sea views surrounded by a flower field invites you to morning coffee or a sundowner.
