The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Cromecast. There is fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

Enjoy the garden or sunset beyond the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Svanemøll park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes' walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping like SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the summerhouse.
