Newly renovated Nordic-style apartment, in the heart of Pontevedra, a 5-minute walk from the city's historic area and less than a minute from the commercial area. A spacious room with a large closet, living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a kitchen-dining room. Fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, hairdryer, washing machine, SmartTV, Movistar, and Wi-Fi. Being a 7th floor apartment, it is very bright, with all the rooms facing outwards, except the bathrooms.

The flat has been decorated with a modern and elegant style. The flat is perfect for a couple, group of couples or a family with children. It has a spacious bedroom with views, a large lounge-dining room with a sofa bed for two persons, a full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.

Upstairs, there is the kitchen and a double bedroom with a full bathroom and built-in dressing room. Ideal for teleworkers, professional visits, and families (caution with stairs and handrails). It has a bedroom but the living room sofa can be made into a double bed.

Apartment located in the historic center of Pontevedra, on a very quiet street, 100 meters from the Church of the Pilgrim and the Camino de Santiago. 1 minute from the main shopping area and Plaza de la Leña, where O Eirado da Leña is located, the only Michelin-starred restaurant in the entire city, and the tapas area. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: a double bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and washer-dryer.

Diego’s place was fantastic and as a host was extremely accommodating. He left some welcome treats, such as drinks and fresh bread - which was very much appreciated after a day of travelling. The flat itself was clean and was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The flat is close to the local bars/ restaurants and within walking distance to some incredible beaches. Thanks Diego, I had a great stay!

We lived here for 5 weeks and loved it! The space is beautiful and interesting, living room is on the ground level, kitchen on the first floor, and bedroom on the second floor. The living room is cozy and cool, perfect for remote work and watching movies; the kitchen is well equipped and gets tons of natural light; the bedroom is spacious and stays dark with the shades pulled down. The bathtub was big enough to comfortably bathe in and the hot water never ran out (!!). Arturo and Andrea were friendly, helpful, and responsive; they tended to any issues quickly and offered recommendations for things to do in the area. They even provided bowls and a bed for our dog :) Marin is a sleepy town, but Pontevedra is nearby, where there is lots to do/see and where you can rent a car to explore the beautiful area (you should!). We went on daily walks/runs down the path to the local beaches and were consistently blown away by how beautiful the scenery was. Highly recommend!

It was awesome. The space is absolutely beautiful. Everything is gorgeous inside with all the amenities one can need. It’s very spacious and relaxing. From the outside the building is very average but inside it’s really nice. Would love to stay again

lovely lita,the place well located since by car you had all the cities very close. the spacious,clean and comfortable home. The only bad thing is the proximity of a paper factory that gave an unpleasant smell to the environment but the owner had humificafoes in the house and being in it, she did not feel.

We've spent two weeks at this place, and enjoyed it as a great deal. The reception of 10 with surprise included. The house is located in a quiet area with wonderful views. It is equipped with all kinds of services, the exteriors are very well conditioned, the pool, the fully equipped choco, with coal and gas barbecue, paellera, etc. The interior, comfortable rooms, mosquito nets windows, AA, wifi, etc Host David is on the lookout for everything. Anything you need, solve it instantly. A place to enjoy as a family or with friends, highly recommended.

The house is just as it appears in the photos. It's very spacious, it was very clean and the views are spectacular. The village is quiet but has everything, restaurants, local supermarket, pharmacy... You have to go down a pedestrian path to the nearest beach. It's a 5-minute walk. The climb is a little difficult. There are many larger beaches around. Jenaro showed us the easiest way to get to the house, some streets are quite narrow but we accessed it without problems. We went with a dog and they didn't give us any problems. the area is perfect for excursions within a few kilometers. Jenaro recommended restaurants and we visited them all!! best regards
