Kid-friendly vacation rentals in 8th arrondissement

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This space was in a very good location to all the Paris sights that we wanted to visit. Check in and check out were very easy and our host was very quick to respond to any concerns we had.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

I had the most wonderful stay at Isabel's - my week went by far too quickly, and I already look forward to returning! Having lived in and visited Paris several times in recent years, I can say that Isabel's place was definitely a highlight and will absolutely be my top pick for future visits. Every aspect of the space is truly a dream and so inspiring. The apartment is ideally located, and I loved being able to experience the unique tranquility of this historic private avenue. Isabel was a delightful host, greeting me upon arrival, seeing me off for my early-morning departure (and booking my taxi), and communicating promptly throughout my stay, making me feel right at home and well-cared-for. Cannot recommend more highly and many thanks to Isabel for an unforgettable stay!

Die Unterkunft von Dale und Gilles ist wie eine kleine Insel der Ruhe in der Metropole Paris. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet (unter anderem gab es auch Kaffee, Tee und ein paar Snacks im Kühlschrank), man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist auch sehr günstig, mit der Metrolinie 9 kommt man schnell ins Zentrum von Paris. Dale und Gilles waren wunderbare Gastgeber, sie haben uns früheren Check-In ermöglicht, uns persönlich empfangen und tolle Tips zu Restaurants gegeben. Wir waren glücklich, bei Dale und Gilles wohnen zu dürfen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage bei Euch!:)

The apartment was beautiful, well located and quite spacious. We felt very safe in the building and rarely heard anything outside, even though we were on the ground floor. We made a couple of day trips out of the city but, otherwise, did lots of things in walking distance from this apartment. Lots of food options, the market across the street had friendly staff, the bakery down the street and pharmacy all super convenient. Would love to have stayed longer. What a great apartment!!

Safia hat von Beginn an entgegenkommend kommuniziert und uns sehr freundlich in ihrem einfachen und kleinen, aber sehr gemütlichen Studio empfangen! Es gab Kaffee und Orangensaft wie Wasser für einen guten Start in den Tag. Check-in und out waren völlig unkompliziert. Die ruhige Unterkunft bietet die besten Möglichkeiten, das Viertel zu Fuß zu erkunden und ist fantastisch gelegen. Wir sind sogar zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum gelaufen und hatten tolle Tage in Paris. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Safia!

Lea is a fantastic host, she’s very friendly and responsive. The accomodation is perfect for solo travellers - safe, has cooking facilities and is close distance from metro, shops, restaurants and attractions.

The airbnb was so nice! Paméla had all the amenities listed and more. It was a beautiful space and it fit three people easily. The stairs are exactly as she lists, but they're worth it! Overall it was a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the location. After long days of exploring, it was a peaceful retreat. There are several cafes and brasseries nearby. Phillipe was very helpful when I asked for dining recommendations. I hope to come back to this lovely apartment if I’m in Paris.

This space was the perfect location and setting for our first trip to Paris! Clean, comfortable and very charming! Would absolutely recommend!

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

Le logement de Karim est tout à fait conforme à la description. Propre et bien équipée il permet de passer un séjour agréable sur Paris. Karim s’est montré dispo et réactif à mes messages. Deux bémols sont à noter : la plaque de cuisson un peu désuète qui ne chauffe quasiment pas et un voisin un peu bruyant les deux soirs où j’ai été présente car les murs sont un peu fins. Karim a toutefois été très réactif pour cela.

Lovely stay in this spacious apartment within a 5 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. We enjoyed several restaurants and made daily trips to the Fran Prix, minutes from the apartment. Everything you need nearby! It was nice to have the living area to relax and a kitchen for our needs.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Es un departamento pequeño pero muy bonito, es como si estuvieras viviendo realmente en Paris. Solo que no lo recomiendo para más de dos personas en verdad es pequeño para quienes vivimos en el continente americano.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. My family loved LOVED this place. There were 2 bathrooms, plus a shower in one bathroom then a serparate shower in the master. My kids each had their own bed in the perfect set up kids room. The place is so cute and I was obsessed with the decor, colors, furniture, everything. The pictures don't do it justice! There was so much room for us to spread out and the host had great recs for walkable places. We had trouble with the washing machine, but we wrote the host and the responded and was able to help us reset the machine. I have no complaints and would definately stay here again. A great place for families with kids. My kids loved each having their own bed.
