Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in 6th arrondissement

Florence and Michel's AirBnB is in an excellent location. The 6th arrondissement is beautiful and so many things are nearby. The Parc de la Tête D'or, the largest urban park in Europe, is 4 short blocks away and is absolutely magnificent. Franklin Roosevelt Ave is only 2 blocks away and has lots of boulangeries, patisseries, and stores. Les Halles de Paul Bocuse is a 12 minute walk and the Saturday and Sunday farmer's market along Le Saône is a 17 minute walk away and well worth it for the variety of vegetables, cheese stands, and other specialty artisan-crafted food items. The apartment's kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked with excellent pots and pans and cooking and baking utensils, and a high-end oven. Easy to make meals there. No elevator in the apartment building but the steps to the 3rd floor (about 61 steps) provide good exercise every day to help walk off the extraordinary food one finds in Lyon.

Un beau nid confortable au 2e sans ascenceur dans un édifice typique lyonnais. Grand lit et grandes télés dans chaque pièce. Nous avions aussi de grandes fenêtres à ouvrir et des grands rideaux "blackout" parfaits pour nous. Un bonus, il y a une école de musique à côté et ils jouent de la belle ambiance en soirée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien côté équipement. Pour un couple, je recommande!

Very nice place to stay & clean with beautiful views of Lyon from well lit loft-like apartment. Surrounding neighborhood is pleasant with easy walks to excellent dining and shopping. advice: steep cobbled streets - hire a taxi for front door drop off & pickup so you do not have to carry luggage

Appartement très agréable et bien situé. Jessie était très réactive et toujours disponible.

Great flat in super convenient area. Modern and luxurious. I loved the automatic blinds in living room and bedroom. My only problem was at check in where I could not open the door where the keys are located and I had to bother the neighbor for help. We had to open the door with a knife. I’m sure Charles will get this problem fixed because he s a good host, even though he is not always on site.

Séjour de 2 semaines dans ce logement confortable et adapté à un couple. Logement très propre. Cuisine bien équipée. Quartier paisible et sûr. A 2 pas du métro, avec de nombreux commerces de proximité. Les 5 étages maintiennent en forme. Petit bémol : literie qui se creuse

Appartement facile d’accès à pied de Lyon Part-Dieu, proches de bonnes boulangeries et restos sympas. Il est dans un viel immeuble typique du vieux Lyon dont les parties communes ont été repeintes. Les pièces de l’appartement mises à disposition sont agréables, avec un mini balcon pour profiter du soleil. À noter pour les sensibles à la lumière : pas de volets. Nous reviendrons à l’occasion

We loved the place- very chic, perfect for a group trip, really spacious kitchen and living area and outdoor table for dining which we loved. Really enjoyed the location being able to walk to bakery, supermarket and hire boats along the river.

Le logement, bien qu'à côté du corps de ferme, offre une intimité agréable. We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

This location was peaceful, outside the city, and on convenient bus lines. We had a car because we had two children under 2 and that gave us flexibility, but loved the public transportation. The pool was clean and we used it a bit but weather was still a bit cool in late May. The outside eating table was fun and we also had a covered eating and cooking area which we used in the rain but didn’t cooking because we were home too late most evenings.

Très bon séjour chez Hélène. L’appartement était assez grand pour 2 personnes et très lumineux. Tout est bien indiqué et simple. Hélène est très réactive pour répondre aux messages. C’était parfait !

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Delphine a été d’un très bon support. Répondais rapidement et suggérais de bon restaurant. L’appartement bien que petit est idéal pour 2 personnes. Toutes les commodités sont là. Logé dans un édifice historique, la restriction de ne pas avoir de climatiseur est le seul inconvénient lors de canicule. Tout est à proximité de marche. Un gros avantage est la station de métro « Hôtel de Ville » à moins d’une minute de marche. Un appartement stratégiquement bien situé pour les visiteurs. Merci à Delphine, nous y renviendrons.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !
