The house is very nice, impeccable, as advertised. And breakfasts on the terrace, pure happiness!

We had a great weekend at this place. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, amenities or geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Great stay for a first time in Lyon. The accommodation is well arranged, clean, quiet and the best part is its small garden out of sight. Well located, it is close to the tram and metro station taking you in less than 15 minutes to Place Bellecour and all the points to visit in Lyon. The visit to the 8th arrondissement is also worth it with beautiful streets, beautiful shop windows and good restaurants recommended by Adeline, such as the Maison Marguerite Bocuse 10 min walk with a very surprising value for money for a gastro. The visit to the Musée des Frères Lumières will also be a trip with breathtaking architecture. No car needed to do everything from this place. Otherwise, parking is easy and free. We spent two nights for 4 (2 adults and 2 children). There was enough space for the 4 of us. The kids enjoyed the atypical room and we slept pretty well on the sofa bed. The apartment is well arranged and equipped. Quiet. We easily found a parking space, we did not need the underground parking. Public transport is easily accessible and the park is actually a few minutes' walk away. Mickaël is a responsive host, he always responded promptly and clearly to our questions.

The apartment was spacious, kitchen and living area on 1 floor and all three bedrooms on the upper floor. The space was very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Extra stay in this beautiful, very comfortable and charming apartment with my son. Very well equipped kitchen with house back. Quality soaps and shampoos Shops nearby, and very nice neighborhood, especially with Parc de la Tête d 'Or within a 5-minute walk. Vieux Lyon can be reached in 20 minutes by direct bus. This place has the best location. So many restaurants and things to do. Apartment has a nice patio and was well equipped for two people. I would mention that the apartment is up a set of spiral stairs so be prepared. All in all a great location.

Since I couldn't figure out the check-in, Elonie came very quickly and helped me. Once I knew how it worked, it was easy. The apartment is beautiful. A large terrace with a small garden completes the picture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 bathroom made the stay easier.

We had a fantastic stay at Aurélie and Sébastien’s apartment! The unit is very clean and comes with everything you could possibly need. The location is close to the metro and right next door to a grocery store. You can easily access Lyon by car, bus or metro. The private parking was ideal, fitting our larger SUV in the garage without difficulty. Both Aurélie and Sébastien were very kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided fans, to help with the heat in the middle of summer, extra pillows and umbrella’s for a day where there was a thunderstorm expected. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and for going above and beyond! We highly recommend them.

I spent three weeks in Laëla's studio and I would highly recommend it to others. It was well-suited for a longer stay with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Laëla was very responsive and friendly. She checked in a few times during my stay to make sure everything was going well and I felt comfortable if I had any questions or issues to raise with her. I felt very welcome in her studio. The location of the apartment is extremely good, the area is lively but safe. It is well-connected by public transport and there is a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops within close walking distance. Despite this, the studio itself is very calm as it overlooks an interior courtyard. There is a nice view from the windows and the building has a lift so you do not have to carry your luggage up the stairs. As it is on the top floor (sous les toits), the apartment can get quite warm during hot weather, but there is an air-conditioning unit provided to help with this.
