Apartment vacation rentals in 5th arrondissement

Beautiful studio, well equipped and well located. True to the shared photos. There is a ceiling fan that was very useful to us in the warmer weather. Located on the 3rd floor, no elevator... it helps us stay fit ☺️ Denis responds quickly and remains available for us. I would recommend it in a second.

Pauline's apartment is super beautifully decorated and fits perfectly for two people. It is quiet and yet really good in relation to the good neighborhoods in Lyon. Please note that the apartment is at the top and that there are a lot of stairs to climb - it can be difficult with a large, heavy suitcase.

Highly recommend this lovely apartment! It had everything we needed for a two week stay. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower (with great water pressure). The apartment does not have AC, but we were pleasantly surprised with how cool it remained. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lyon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Point du Jour neighborhood is pleasant and well served by bus. Camille and Antoine's apartment is bathed in light and functional. The bedding is comfortable. Camille was very available to help us by message. Recommended.

An excellent location to explore Vieux Lyon. You do need to be fit and able to get up the 84 steps to the front door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Anne

Henri apartment was perfect for us where we had free parking close by. We loved the linen and towels. The warm bathroom and the towels were warm ! Mood lighting in the bedroom Henri that was great. Good kitchen to cook. We did make ourselves at home and we're happy with our stay.

This is a special place in a great location in Lyon. It is very quiet and peaceful as well as very walkable to the old town and surrounding areas. Like the other reviews- yes it is dark inside the entry hallway to the building but there is a light switch right at the entrance. It was totally fine for us. It rained most of the time we were in Lyon so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio - but it was very beautiful. We were also grateful to use the washing machine. The only negative for us were the pillows and the bath towels. I am a small person and I could barely fit the bath towel around me. The pillows were a bit flat. These are small things and did not deter us from loving the flat and the location. Also- do yourself a favor and eat at the restaurant almost directly across the river from the apartment. It’s a 3 min walk and the best food we had in Lyon over the four day stay. I cannot remember the name but the outside is green with twinkle lights- easy to spot. You won’t regret it!

Maxence’s apartment in Lyon was absolutely perfect. The location is amazing—just 15 minutes from the Roman ruins, surrounded by peaceful parks, and tucked away in a quiet, charming neighborhood. Everything we needed was right there: laundry, a dishwasher, even candles and foreign adapters (such a thoughtful touch!). The kitchen is super well-equipped—cooking there was genuinely a pleasure. The bed was very comfortable, and the space overall is so cleverly designed—efficient, stylish, and full of character. We also loved the secure and free parking just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. All in all, one of the most comfortable and well-thought-out places we've stayed. Highly recommend!

Very cosy apartment for two with all you need in perfect location

I had a wonderful stay at Bernadette’s place! She is an incredibly kind and helpful host — always available when I needed anything and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I’m very grateful for all the support she gave me during my stay. The apartment itself is great: clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything was spotless when I arrived. The location is also a big plus — in a calm, quiet, and safe neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, and bakeries. I felt completely at home here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Bernadette, for everything!

Very nice and luxurious

Walkable distance from most of everything in the center of Lyon, clean space, easy check-in. I only regret the lack of human communication beforehand (seems to be an automated bot?), as such did not get questions answered before checking in. Still, a good place to stay for a short while in Lyon!

great place, the view is fantastic. there is 11 flights of stairs so you need to be in shape and the bed is very low and it can be a bit difficult to get out of. My suggestion to any renters is to read Lara's guide when you first get there, it is helpful. worth the extra effort

Great place to stay true to photos

The accommodation is exactly the same as in the description: beware that there will be 4 floors to climb for your suitcases and the apartment is then on 3 levels with a small staircase to go from the kitchen to the bathroom, then another to access the bedroom. But the view is worth it and the apartment is superbly located in the middle of old Lyon. I would highly recommend it!

Great, everything was in line with the listing, even the opinions of previous tenants were taken into account, 2 sets of towels, 4 coffee pods, frankly nothing to say, it's really classy, I recommend it 100%!

Clément was a great, responsive host and the apartment itself was a wonderful base of operations for our visit to the greater Lyon area. The kitchen has everything you need to make great meals at home, but you have the option to enjoy a wide variety of cuisines within 10 minutes walking distance. To sum up it’s a convenient location with good access to transportation and supplies. The neighborhood has a youthful feel to it, and we felt safe at all times. I would like to add that the beds, linens and towels were all of high-quality, and the water pressure was great!

Great accommodation near Lyon, accessible by transport (bus, tram...). Quiet residence and great, easy-to-use jacuzzi. We recommend! Thanks to Antoine who is a responsive and very friendly host.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! A bakery 5 steps away, a small supermarket and a lovely little restaurant 10 steps away. Away from the crowds, still close to everything and with good connections. In Lyon, we loved most the Lumière brothers Film museum and museums telling about the silk industry.
