The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Cozy nest perched / old town / view of Lyon

The countryside in the city. Only 10 min walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a gem of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available free of charge. But be careful, the most direct access to the city is only via the stairs in St Paul (see photo).

This quiet and beautifully renovated 2-level apartment sits on the top floor of a traditional Lyonese building. This spacious flat has large windows, hardwood floors, fireplaces and a small balcony overlooking the Saône river. It is centrally located in the heart of the historic Vieux Lyon district.
