Abbiamo passato un buon soggiorno, l’alloggio è molto piccolo ma esattamente come da descrizione, per arrivarci bisogna passare dal salotto della proprietaria ma è molto tranquilla vive con la mamma e il bimbo. Posizione comoda, vicino ci sono anche noleggi per bici. Jennita parla anche bene italiano quindi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema neanche con la comunicazione. Lo consiglio

One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Tanya and Nicolaas are experienced hosts and had everything thought of. The location of the property is excellent - 15mins by foot from Amsterdam Centraal straight into the lovely Jordaan neighborhood. Following the instructions was pretty easy. We had an early morning flight and Nicolaas was kind enough to take our suitcases well before the check-in time. The property is as listed - small but very well arranged with more amenities than you will probably need. The building is in the typical style for Amsterdam - narrow with steep stairs and great views from the big windows. The area is full of life with lots of bars, cafes and shops and yet at night you can peacefully rest and enjoy the birds' songs in the morning. The hosts provide us with a very detailed recommendation's list with wide range of options suitable for everyone's taste. We felt straight at home and didn't have to reach them for anything which in my experience speaks volumes.

Beatiful Arpartement in a very nice and well located district. The host is very helpful, and supportive during the stay. You can store luggage before and after your check in / out time. The rooftop terrace is very beautiful! Enough towels, coffee tabs, and cooled drinking water was provided. Good to know, but not necassarily bad: The stairs to the arpartement are natrow and steep. You can hear the Westerkerk church bells (ringing 24/7 each 15 minutes) as well neighbors from the hallway in the room. The private toilet is next to the room but you can only reach it via the shared hallway. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

Realmente Stevin y Jol saben cómo recibír a una viajero! la pauta es q ellos viajaron mucho y saben lo q uno necesita. Es uno de los mejores alojamientos en que nos hemos quedado, pequeño pero dinámico , y muy versátil! Mucho silencio y paz para descansar después de un día agitado por la ciudad. realmente vale la pena este alojamiento. Los anfitriones son lo más! fue una hermosa experiencia!

Excellente expérience chez Laura et René. À notre arrivée, une épicerie avait été faite et nous attendait! Pain, beurre, lait, fromage et charcuterie ainsi que du café était à notre disposition. Le lieu était calme et paisible. Nous avons eu la chance de discuter avec Laura et René. Ce sont des personnes gentilles et attentionnées. Ils vivent à l'arrière du bateau, donc c'est très facile de pouvoir communiquer avec eux. À noter : nous n'avions pas réalisé qu'il n'y avait pas de canapé ou de fauteuil dans le logement, simplement des chaises de cuisine, ce qui aurait été apprécié après de longues journées de marche. Ça correspond bien aux photos, mais nous n'avions pas réalisé le tout. À prendre en considération donc. Je recommande largement le logement!

The apartment was amazing! Beautiful old building, completely modernized while retaining the character of its age. Even the furnishings were beautiful with an authentic industrial theme that complemented the surroundings. Kitchen was amazing too, including high end appliances and everything one could ask for. The area was picturesque and easily walkable to the busier parts of the city. Most of the main sights were a 20-30 minute walk away but could also be easily reached by tram. All in all, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the loft apartment.

Marius is a wonderful host. Was very patient in answering all our questions about using the appliances, how to use the trams, and how to get to places. Also shared good recommendations as to where to eat and even made reservations for us. The living room has a copy of Rick Steves Amsterdam pocket guide that has a detailed map of the city. Very nice location that’s not in a crowded tourist area. Thank you Marius!
