The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Theater, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its gabled houses in the style of brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pomeranian State Museum. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Only a short walk to the restaurant, cafe, shops, concerts, exhibitions, beach or pier.

Despite the idyllic location, the apartment is centrally located in the village and is only a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Darsswald – ideal for a relaxing and at the same time varied vacation.

This apartment is the oldest part of the listed thatched roof house (1727) and has a separate entrance. The apartment has a terrace and a parking space (Walbox with type 2 connection available). During the complete renovation in 2003, the old, fascinating building substance such as clay walls, captain's windows, and beamed ceilings was preserved and combined with today's living standards. Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
