Beautiful apartment on the first floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. Wood burning. In winter, ski tours, ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, hiking, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house.

The apartment "Edelweiss" in the old farmhouse is partially newly renovated. The separate apartment entrance leads through an anteroom (wooden porch). Cozy apartment on two floors, connected by a spiral staircase. In the rural style, with lots of pine wood, very lovingly decorated. On the first floor there is 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 living room with tiled stove and TV. On the 2nd floor are 3 cozy bedrooms, as well as 1 reading + TV niche. Access from the kitchen to the garden seating area incl. fireplace via external staircase.

Covid-19: max 14 people. Self-catering. Lighting: solar energy 24 V. Cooking: Gas/wood. Hot water for kitchen & shower (water heater). Central heating and 1 stove in the large living room. 1 double & 2 large multi-bed rooms on the upper floor. Panoramic terrace, large lawn with brick fireplace. Access (summer) by car in about 7 minutes, on foot in about 40 minutes. In winter, no access by car is possible. (12/20 - 04/30) Food & luggage transport can be booked. Hot pot with bubbles can be booked in addition.

The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, in February 2025 you can also rent the apartment below mine (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!
