Tanja und ihre Schwiegereltern, die die Hütte verwalten, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist natürlich traumhaft und die Hütte sehr schön. Anzumerken ist, dass der Strom per Aggregat zur Verfügung gestellt wird und zwischen 21 - 06:00 Uhr nur sehr reduziert (Licht) verfügbar ist. Die Heizung ist eine Ofenheizung, bei der Höhe und den dortigen Temperaturen auch gut zu wissen. Die Kommunikation war gut. Anfahrtsweg kann ein wenig einschüchtern, wenn man neu in den Bergen ist - Das Navi sagt auf Bergstraßen 100 km/h und berechnet so die Anfahrtszeit früher. Man ist aber eher mit 30-50km/h unterwegs. Hinfinden tut man gut

Sabrina ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die immer schnell auf Nachrichten antwortete. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Bildern, es mangelte an nichts. Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft. Kein Minus, nur ein Hinweis: Man muss bedenken, dass man zum Einkaufen und zum Wandern zu den bekannten Hotspots wie z.B. die 3 Zinnen immer ein Stück mit dem Auto fahren muss.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

Unseren Aufenthalt in Marcos Almhütte haben wir außerordentlich genossen. Den Kontakt mit ihm fanden wir sehr angenehm. Die Hütte ist wunderbar entlegen und ruhig, so richtig erholsam. Das Ambiente fanden wir authentisch; unser Faible für Improvisation, aktiv wie passiv, hat geholfen. Während der sechs Tage unseres Aufenthalts haben wir uns oben auf der Hütte selbst versorgt. Das Kochen auf dem Holzofen hat Spaß gemacht; für den Frühstückskaffee hat Marco einen kleinen Gasbrenner, sehr praktisch. Es gibt Gelegenheit für viele ergiebige Wanderungen direkt von der Hütte aus; auch der Schleibnitz Klettersteig kann einschlägig Geübten sehr empfohlen werden. Von der Hütte nach Zettersfeld braucht man auf dem kurzen Weg 1 Stunde; dabei sind eine steile weglose Kuhweide und Weidezäune zu überwinden (mittelcool). Nette Einkehrmöglichkeiten.

The apartment is very spacious and spotless! The balcony has a fantastic view of the Dolomites and was always the place to have breakfast. It is situated in an ideal location to visit the many attractions of Lienz. Gerhard made us feel so welcome and is onsite if we ever needed anything. We will certainly be back!

Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.
