Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation rental was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we didn't miss anything. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: The view was simply breathtaking – whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to take advantage of many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable right from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has ample space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, the communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always got a quick and friendly answer. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

From check-in to check-out, everything worked out fine. Very friendly host who is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the accommodation, especially because of the good location.

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt very comfortable. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also right around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole's, especially the fantastic location! The house is beautiful and exceptional. Ideal for ski holidays. Middle station within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also hassle-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

Great communication prior to our arrival. Very spacious and clean apartment with small supermarket next door and short walk to bars, restaurants and amenities in the town. Easy 10 minute walk with a four year old to the gondola. Ski lockers at the gondola station make things easy. Would return and recommend without hesitation. The apartment is on the second floor and has a spacious balcony and terrace, but anyone with significant accessibility issues might struggle.

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We stayed at the property for two nights and were very satisfied. Everything was very clean and maintained. The location was pleasantly quiet. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

Great and very clean place Extremely nice hostess who always has a tip ready. Location was great for us. Zell and Gerlos are within easy reach. Ski storage and boot dryer available in the basement. Fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing missing. Anytime again!

We were warmly welcomed by Gabi and also during our stay we had good contact. The cottage is fully equipped, sparkling clean and a wonderful base for skiing.

A very big and kind thank you to the hosts. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the days so much. Anja and André are incredibly friendly, accommodating and warm. We were 3 friendly couples and felt comfortable from the first moment. It is a magnificent place to stay, which is surpassed by the friendly hosts. Arrive and feel at home. The cottage is as a cottage should be: secluded, quiet, cozy and a little rustic with enough space for people and dogs. You can sit outside in the sun and enjoy the panorama. We spent some very nice days there. The area is very diverse and offers many opportunities for hiking and swimming.

Great apartment, beautiful charming view, clean, tidy, caters to all needs, surely I will visit the place and inhabit the apartment on upcoming visits. Thanks, Angelo.
