Rosa Maria is one of the warmest, most welcoming hosts I have had the pleasure to meet through AirB&B. She was proactive and helpful at every turn. The apartment itself is just what we needed! We would love to stay there again. The location is perfect: it's 5 minutes from the bus stop where you take the bus to the city (the Pile Gate of the Old Town is the last stop); it's 8 minutes from the grocery store (Tommy is better than Studenac); it's 6 minutes from a perfect little bakery; one can stroll with the locals along the river when the sun sets; there are friendly cats about.... The neighbourhood is quiet and not touristy at all. We slept well the entire two weeks of our stay. The place is airy and sufficiently cool so that we turned the AC on only a couple of times. The mornings/evenings on the balcony overlooking the river are unparalleled.

We had an awesome experience at Ivana's place😊. We have a lot of highlights but can only mention few here. We were travelling with an infant and had no car seat with us, Ivana was kind enough to arrange a taxi with baby car seat for us. She also offered us early check in as the place was available, which we were so hoping for as we checked out of our previous accommodation at 11:00 and with a baby is a hot summer day it would have been a nightmare. Then we reached the place and it is more than what we expected, not just the place but the small details that Ivana had put down for us. She placed a baby cot in the bedroom and lots of toys for our baby ❤️. The place was super clean and Ivana has decorated it tastefully. She also kept some refreshments for us. we had lots of questions which she patiently answered. The place is easily accessible with both public transport and by your own car. The old town is just 20 mins away and buses have good frequency. The area is quite and peaceful.

I have never been so sad to leave an Airbnb!! heavingly location, perfect clear water to dip into daily, hearing waves splashing through the windows, total bliss!! Mateo was so friendly and helpful, lots of helpful advise and info, felt so settled there instantly. beautifully decorated, lots of room for ourselves and two tall teens! lovely restaurant/bar a five min walk away with a pool you can use overlooking the sea, had fab day trip and dropped back by boat to the pier at the house! could write another review on the cat and the tortoises who we all loved too!! we'll be back!! thanks so much Mateo!

Really nice location. Host was very responsive and quick to arrive to help us with check in. Terrace was really lovely with stunning sea view. Local swim spot just down the end of the road if youre looking to cool off. Overall would recommend.

We had the most incredible stay at Ivana’s- she went above and beyond to make my friend’s 30th birthday unforgettable—she somehow secured a variety of Croatian cakes for us on a holiday (when nearby stores were closed) and even very kindly gifted us a bottle of prosecco! We didn’t have a car, so this meant so much to us. Ivana also kindly helped to arrange trusted airport transportation & made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—peaceful, safe, and just a minute’s walk to a stunning little bay with a beach bar and great cocktails. The views from the window were like a movie scene, and the building has amazing history—ask Ivana about it! The apartment had everything we needed and we felt lucky to come across Ivana and her beautiful home. We truly couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Thank you Ivana for your unparalleled hospitality—we absolutely loved our visit and owe that to you & would happily stay again in a heartbeat!

Valerija’s apartment is a great place to stay for a visit to beautiful Dubrovnik. It is well situated in a neighborhood near but not inside the enchanting and crowded center of the city, and we were thankful each time we Uber’d into the center (quick $6US ride) that we would have this quiet, peaceful place to enjoy when we’d had enough of the crowds. The design is beautiful: efficient and comfy for 2 couples, an amazing private patio overlooking the water and marina and hills beyond, 2 generously sized bedrooms & baths, a nice sitting area, and a small fully equipped kitchen. There are grocery stores, museums, fabulous restaurants, walking trails and beaches nearby. A much appreciated bonus was being met at the ferry terminal by kind and welcoming Zoran, who took care of our suitcases and delivered us to the apartment where warm, friendly Valerija provided a quick intro to the apt. We 4 travelers treasured our stay here; you will too.

Absolutely spectacular stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the view… wow. Truly breathtaking—one of those places where you just stop and stare every time you walk past the window. Communication with the host was flawless from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and super efficient. She even picked us up from the airport for a small extra fee—basically the same as an Uber, but since we arrived at midnight, it was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Another big plus: the bus stop is right outside the house! Super convenient for getting to the Old Town—great connection, and really easy to move around without needing a car. The small details really made it feel special—little chocolates, fresh coffee, thoughtful touches that showed she really cares about her guests’ comfort. It was perfect in every way. Highly, highly recommended. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Nane and her family's place. The communication went great, we were able to enter the apartment earlier and stay longer on the last day, everything was prepared for our baby and the apartment was modern and clean. Location is unique! Only separated by a small path directly on the sea. To Cavtat and to many restaurants, it is a nice walk by the sea. The terrace overlooking the sea was just great. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

You could consider being more responsive to messages, especially around check-in. When someone is travelling—like we were, coming from Albania—it’s reassuring to know everything is confirmed. We weren’t sure if the booking was secure, and since we hadn’t heard back from the host, we were worried we might have to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

We had an amazing stay Dubrovnik. The AirBnB is walkable to Old Town and is a great place to relax and hang out. The place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and answered every question we had about the property. They also provided lots of good recommendations for places to eat, beaches and things to do.

this was our second time at Marko's place and it was amazing once more! very private, clean and comfortable house, very helpful and responsive host. highly recommended and we will be back for sure!

Villa Diana has one of the most beautiful outside spaces we have experienced in an AirB&B. A lovely pool surrounded by amazing plants and flowers covered with butterflies. The outside seating areas are lovely too, with views of the mountains in the distance. The outside dining area is shaded under a grapevine and the other seating area consists of sofas and a parasol - great for having a read and a cool drink. Having a covered carport was definitely a bonus in the heat! Inside, the house was clean and had all the bits and bobs that make settling in easy. The fridge freezer was a good size and the air con was great. A short walk from the villa takes you in to Zaton, where there are some restaurants, a bakery, a shop and two pebble beaches for a refreshing dip - which we did every morning. One of the best trips we did was by boat from Zaton harbour around some of the islands, stopping off at caves to snorkel and at the sandy beach at Sunj. A day trip into Dubrovnik is a must too!

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely stay. It’s in a great location, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and Mario is quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

Everything was fine, very nice view from the balcony where you can see beautiful sunsets. Very close to the mountains for a walk and the beach, which is right next door. I highly recommend it!

This Airbnb is absolutely perfect. Extremely clean and about 15 minutes away from old town. Anita and her family are extremely welcoming and kind. There are two supermarkets within walking distance and a couple of restaurants. The best part of this place is how close is it to the water. Literally steps away. This is the perfect place to be if you want to be right on the water but also quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of old town. If you are thinking of booking this place, do so!!!

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!
