Beautiful apartment on the farm

The Reheis house in Zams is set amidst breathtaking mountain scenery and offers recreation for old, young and families. The unique location of our house is an ideal starting point to discover the beautiful Tyrol in every season. Winter sports enthusiasts can reach numerous great ski resorts within an hour, such as Ischgl, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Kappl, Sölden and much more, or our local mountain of the Venet. In summer, there are numerous possibilities for hiking, cycling or climbing tours.

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.
