A great place with plenty of space for two. All in good shape and with a kitchen that is very well equipped with all one needs. Emmanuelle and Thierry have been great hosts; pleasant and thoughtful, but also respecting our privacy. Easy contact as they life across the lawn in the second house on the property. The little village and the vicinity are very nice. We visited the castle and did a nice long bike excursion along the channel.

Very convenient house, Isabelle is a very responsive and caring host. The house has everything you need to cook, sleep well and enjoy the outdoors.

We had a very nice stay in Avallon. The cottage is clean and always cool even when it's hot this summer. Gabrielle welcomed us, she is discreet but always responsive and attentive to our feedback and questions. The delivery of bread and pastries in the morning was really a very nice discovery. The outdoor space is nice to hang out, read, chat... We had a good holiday there even though we weren't able to visit everything we wanted (a lot to see in this area).

Charming apartment, extremely well-equipped. Breakfast offered and gargantuan. Parking space available, it's great because in the evening it's hard to find a place to park. we will come back as soon as possible.

Excellent place with a great location

Very good weekend at Patricia's who was very hospitable. Comfortable accommodation, very clean and compliant with photos. Be careful, however, if you are tall, access to the kitchen under the attic is not very practical. The air conditioning is a real plus and the little treats available for breakfast too. The Velux blinds are very blackout. Very quiet neighborhood and very discreet hosts. Street parking. We recommend it.

This place is very well located, clean and quiet in the city center! Communication with Stéphanie was enjoyable. It seems that Stéphanie took into account the previous reviews because the bedding seems to have been changed and seemed quite comfortable to me. Had a nice stay!

I had a wonderful stay with this couple who created a real little paradise on their property. The garden is large and full of charm – a great place to relax. I really enjoyed the table d'hôtes, a real moment of conviviality and culinary pleasure. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent – a real pleasure to start the day like this. The conversations with the hosts were warm and interesting. The room is spacious and the mattress very comfortable – I slept very well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

It's always a real pleasure to come back to this studio where I've already had the chance to stay several times. The accommodation is impeccable: clean, functional, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The terrace is a real asset, ideal for enjoying the beautiful days in peace. A very appreciable little extra in hot weather: the presence of a fan, which makes the nights much more pleasant. And of course, a huge thank you to the owner, who is exceptionally kind. Always welcoming, caring and available, she does everything to make her guests feel comfortable. It feels almost like home, in a setting that is both warm and relaxing. Very pleasant and spacious accommodation, with all the necessary amenities. Perfect with a 10-month-old baby. We enjoyed the garden with its children's games and hammock to relax. An ideal break during our bike tour along the Burgundy Canal. We'd love to come back!
