The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need; it's also very clean. I loved my stay there. The only downside is that you have to turn on the water heater and wait about 30 minutes to get hot water. You definitely need transportation while staying here, as nothing is close by. Be sure to buy groceries and water before your arrival. The host provides clear instructions on how to get there; since it's a new construction, don't follow Google Maps—use the directions provided by the host. Nice apartment with everything you need for a short vacation in Paphos. On a 15min walk to the beach and all the landmarks and 20min walk to the city center it was on a great location for us. Near big supermarkets and restaurants. Andreas was vas very clear with his responses and instructions.

Jen’s home was fantastic. It was lovely, comfortable and in a quaint little compound. Jen was so great at communicating and was really accommodating to us, even helping to sort out a cot and high chair. The location was nice, although in the August heat, the 15 minute walk to town was tough! I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Jen!!

The view from the private balcony was 10 stars, just like the photos. Also, it’s an end unit with no neighbor on one side, which is nice. The rest of the unit really is more like 4 stars with many items being a bit worn and not in great condition, but I rented this studio for the view so 5 stars it is! I do wish I had known in advance that this is a “self-catered” apartment, so you’re on your own for cleaning supplies, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. This was not in the listing or house manual unfortunately. The town of Peyia is quaint and lovely and a great escape from the more touristy part of Coral Bay and Paphos. There are many excellent restaurants and there is an absolutely stellar bakery next to the Brewery Bar that will easily offset all the hill walking you will do if you don’t hire a car. I also recommend Kurtis should you need a reliable airport transfer. Christian could not have been a better host!

The property is located next to the bay, with a balcony looking out to the sea. The interior is comfortable and clean. There is plenty of restaurants to choose from and local stores to buy essentials from. We very much enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Pissouri.

Great location close to town but away from all the noise. Local shops and restaurant within walking distance and all the facilities to cook at “home” if you want a quiet night. Nice pool with beautiful garden surrounding.

The Villa was beautiful with great amenities and plenty of space. We visited as a family of 5 and booked very last minute, the Villa Group were very responsive and accommodating in getting the villa ready at such short notice. Stunning views that took our breath away. Everything exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience!”

What a great host. Bodil was very responsive to all our requests and was proactive in helping us make the best of our time in Pissouri. She really is a Super host. The house is comfortable and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The balcony has great views over the sea, and an electric awning which is easy to put up and down. It is around a 10 minute walk to the village square which has a good little supermarket (there is a bigger one a few minutes drive away) and good tavernas with nice food. We had the use of her ancient SUV - it runs really well and has four wheel drive, useful for some of the steep gravelly roads in the village. A pleasure all round.

Fantastic villa in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from Coral Bay’s bars and restaurants. Michalis was very responsive, quickly answering any questions and resolving a minor issue in person within two hours.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Cyprus. The location was perfect, and the view from the patio was absolutely stunning, one of those places where you genuinely enjoy just sitting and soaking it all in. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the hospitality. Koula, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable, she was kind, attentive, and truly made the stay feel special. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added such a nice, local touch to the trip. We had some genuinely great interactions with them. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Waves Villa. From start to finish, their entire team were extremely helpful, polite, and quick to respond to anything we needed. They were available by phone, through the app, and even came in person whenever required, making everything run smoothly. The villa is beautiful, with a great pool and a lovely courtyard to relax in. There is some road noise, but that’s to be expected in most places and it doesn’t detract from the overall enjoyment of the outdoor space. A member of their team came by most days to clean the pool and empty the bins, which kept everything tidy and well-maintained. At night, the view of the lights in the mountains adds a special touch to the setting. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent and responsive service throughout.

Lovely villa situated within walking distance of some shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. The villa is very well equipped with lots of space for eating and generally relaxing. We particularly liked the BBQ area with seating outside. When we arrived there was a welcome pack which was very much appreciated, especially since we didn’t get in until late. George and Sophie are very responsive hosts and if you have any questions or queries they are more than happy to help.

Dies war nicht mein erster Aufenthalt in Paphos, so dass ich schon in anderen Apartments gewohnt habe. Das Apartment hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, sehr gepflegt und modern (Smart-TV, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine). Insbesondere die Betten verfügen über hochwertige, bequeme Matratzen. Die große private Dachterrasse ist klasse! Die Kommunikation mit David verlief vom check-in bis zum check-out reibungslos. Wer ein stylisches Apartment in ruhiger Lage sucht, ist in diesem sehr gut aufgehoben.

Sehr gute Lage, es war sauber. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und das Housekeeping vor Ort war total nett! Wir würden wiederkommen.

Great stay at Giorgos’s place! The apartment was easy to find thanks to the detailed instructions provided. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay, it is spotless and comfortable and has a lovely pool area. Giorgos is a wonderful host who is happy to help with questions and who checked in with me proactively to check all was ok with my arrival. He even stayed up late to make sure I got in ok after my flight was delayed. Lovely guy! If I am in Paphos again I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Fantastic host, apartment was newly refurbished, spotless, great location next to the sea and harbour, and walking distance to lots of restaurants. The best furbished Airbnb we have stayed in. Evi waited late for us to arrive, and was standing at the corner of the street to show us where the parking space was. She was warm, genuinely friendly and quick to respond to any queries. She gave us some great restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend this fabulous place.
