The Host is really nice, helps in any way she can when asked for help. If you want to be close to the Uni is a nice place, around 9 minutes from the Uni shuttle. is on the hill but if you don't wanna walk up the hill you can take the last stop of the bus and walk downhill stead...

Perfect place for students/interns at SNU (20min walk). Host is very nice and friendly. The unit I got had its private bathroom and toilet. If there could be more sunlight in the room it would be perfect!

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation—it was truly worth every penny! The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. While the walk includes a bit of an uphill climb, it’s very manageable and honestly part of the charm. The unit itself is compact but thoughtfully designed—perfect for a solo traveler. It had everything I needed: a two-door fridge, washing machine, microwave, dehumidifier, hair dryer, and full kitchen equipment. The host also provided generous amenities like towels, shampoo, soap, tissue, and more. There’s even a laundry dryer available in the common area, which came in handy. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, allowing for real rest after a day of exploring. Overall, the space felt cozy, clean, and complete—an ideal home base in Korea. I’ll definitely be back next time I travel solo. Highly recommended!

아기와 강아지와 같이4인가족이 머물렀습니다! 호스트분은 엄청! 친절하시고 응답도 바로바로해주셔서 예약하는데도 어려움 없이 잘 했습니다~ 숙소 컨디션은 정말.. 깔끔을 넘어선 완전 깨끗했습니다! 방도 아늑하고~ 화장실도 깨끗해서 너무 좋았습니다! 주차 또한 헤맬 필요없이 건물 내 바로 주차가 가능하여 주차장 또한 스트레스없이 편하게 잘 이용하고 왔습니다~ 근처에 강아지 산책 할 공원도 있고 바로밑에 편의점, 주변에 트레이더스 및 수산물시장 등 차로 5분거리로 빠르게 이동 할 수 있는 위치에 있었어용~ 다음에 또 수원 일정이있다면 재방문율 1000%입니닷!

6주 동안 머물렀는데 편하게 지냈습니다! 방음 잘 되는 것 같습니다 조용하게 지냈구요 에어컨 잘 나오고 온수도 잘 나오구요, 세탁기랑 전자레인지도 방 안에 있습니다 와이파이도 잘 됩니다 궁금한 거 문의하면 빠르게 답변 주셔서 좋았습니다 집처럼 편하게 지냈어요 추천합니다!

Jenna was an extremely responsive host whenever I had questions about the gym, trash disposal. Her apartment was clean and ~5-7 min walk to Yeoksam and Gangnam station with convenience stores just across apartment. Love that the building had a big gym (with 3-4 treadmills etc) - though its operating hours might not fit those looking to hit a gym early morning. Would recommend this to business travelers looking for a cosy, clean place to stay with crucial amenities

Easy to find and easy interact with. Its a good place to stay and it is easy to travel around Seoul from here. If you're looking for a jumping off place to explore Korea, this is a good base of operations!

서울 숙소에 주차공간 잇는곳이 잘 없는데 주차공간이 있어서 너무 좋았고 버스나 지하철 이동하는 거리도 가까웠습니다. 집에서 조금만 나오면 음식먹을곳도 많아서 불편함 전혀 없엇습니다. 청소도 대체로 깨끗하고 요즘 걱정하시는 빈대도 없었습니다. 자유롭게 빨래할수 있어서 너무 좋았어요.머무는 동안 따뜻하고 편하게 쉬다가 갑니다.

호스트님 너무 친절하시고 정말 빠르게 답변주셔서 불편한 것 하나없이 잘 쉬다가 갑니다 집도 너무 깨끗하고 혼자서 사용하기 너무 좋았어요 커튼 치면 채광도 너무 좋아서 집에서 일하는 저는 너무 좋더라구요 1층에 이마트 편의점도 있고 노브랜드도 가깝게 있어서 편했고 인덕원역까지는 버스타면 5분이면 가고 걸어서는 10-15분이면 가더라구요! 인덕원역 근처에서 묵을 일 있으면 또 여기 예약할 것 같아요!
