A spacious & modern 2 bedroom house situated in Lake (between Sandown & Shanklin). Take a 5 minute walk down the path to the sandy beach & promenade which links Sandown to Shanklin. There you will find a friendly cafe and public toilets so you can spend the whole day on the beach. The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafes, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. You don't have far to drive for family day trips such as Robin Hill Country Park.

Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a view over the rear garden and the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

A quaint ‘olde’ cottage, full of character and was part of the oldest licensed public house on the Island. Situated in the heart of Ventnor town, it's convenient for a variety of local shops, amenities, super pubs & eateries, sea front & beach. The property offers sufficient accommodation for 7 people but can accommodate up to 8. It has seating at the front of the garden and an upper level rear garden with a BBQ and sea glimpses. If you are looking for a tranquil accommodation then Sea La Vie @ Chalet 18 can offer you this. Set out in neutral colour schemes throughout with a touch of nautical thrown in. Tastefully of course. Sleeps four comfortably. The main bedroom has a double bed and the little room of the two has two single beds. There is a washing machine so no need to do all that washing once home!! Bedding and 2 towels are supplied per guest as is 2 tea towels

Welcome to Station Location! At the end of a quite bridal path, this property is a studio apartment that annexes our house. It contains a large super kingsize double bed or 3ft twin beds. It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher.
