Vacation rentals with a patio in Yau Tsim Mong District

This Hidden Gem of a room, kept suprising us over and over with the abundunce of ammenties. everytime we needed something, we found it. from tooth brushes, toothpaste, hairdryer, bandaid, scissors, tissues, handtowels, welcome snacks, it had it all. It looks very modern and space was used wisely all around the home. It has 2 hugeee outdoor patios. which is a quite rare to have in hong kongs limited space. A perfect short walk to yau ma tei station and nathan road. Down the street from the fruit market, so the street are lined up with pallets of fruit most nights. found alot of very very good eats on the same street. Theres a parknshop (grocery store) round the corner. very conveinent. i have stayed in many different locations in hong kong before, this one is my favourite so far. special thanks to the host david for answering all our requests and helping us get a room for a night when we mistakenly booked 1 night less. legend Dave!

Modern design with high standards facilities. Very clean and luxury accommodation. Very close to MTR and good neighborhoods. Easy to check in and out. The apartment is a bit small which is expected in HK. One that might be improved is the response time before check in. Slow response may worry the guests.

We had an extremely relaxing stay in Anoes’ home. It is a wonderful retreat. We took our meals and coffee on the porch listening to rain on the roof and watching banana trees flower in front of the sea. The house interior is spacious and clean and the AC works well. We also very much enjoyed the walk to town along the wooded pedestrian lath. Anoes was a wonderful host. We hope to return.

The place is further away from the main town so it’s peaceful and closer to nature. Our 5 year old boy enjoyed the walk between the house & town. House is clean and tidy. There are all appliances and essential we need for our stay that makes our trip easier. Love the house love the neighbourhood love the experience, will definitely stay again at the Frank’s.

Kay Wan is so nice that full refund by me trouble to get the limited ferry. I know it's a nice place, but should check the schedule of the ferry from Ma Liu Shui 馬料水 carefully and apply the permit if take ferry from Sha Tau Kok 沙頭角。

Adrian’s apartment is beautifully renovated. Huge space with 3 rooms and a study room. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and also condiments. Adrian is very responsive and friendly. The location is great. From the back gate, there are minibus and bus stop connecting to Sai kung, Po Lam and rest of the city. Very convenient.

We loved our stay at Francesca’s place! The decor is beautiful and the location is perfect - close to the Lamma ferry pier but out of the way of the crowds. Francesca herself was responsive, friendly and understanding of our needs. We would love to stay here again! The outdoor patio is an added plus.

Nous avons bien aimé nos séjour. Gloria est venue nous chercher. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres. La chambre est dans une maison sympatique. Gloria est une dame sympatique et gentille. Je recommande.

Our third stay here was just as fab as the previous two. Mark was super helpful, friendly and responsive as always. The place was immaculate and comfy and had everything we needed. We ran out of charcoal for the bbq but he kindly grabbed another bag for us. This time we didn’t take advantage of the trampoline and table tennis table but we did love having them there as an option. The surroundings are so peaceful and the villagers really friendly and welcoming. Our dog loved having the outdoor area to roam around as always. One of our favourite spots in HK.

小区环境很美，可以看到海景，很有本地生活氛围，同时也很安静。地理位置好，楼下有公交车站，交通方便，离尖沙咀很近。性价比很高的住宿体验。

Truly five stars across the board! the room match the description, but what was unexpected is the level of hospitality and kindness. she met me at the train station to walk me to the apartment. which by the way was pristine. then she recommended all the things to do in hong kong tailored to my schedule. the room was quite and comfy. highly recommend and i hope you get to enjoy your stay the way i did.

Aman is a very nice man and the place quite good-easy to get and clean and cozy. His response was very timely and helpful. I was very impressed as he helped me with booking the squash court and prepared good flavor milk tea( I think everyone should have a try if got chances! Quite good one!!!) Thank you Aman for the warm reception, which made me feel as comfortable as staying with friend, also home away from home. And really enjoy the talk and sharing with you. Look forward to seeing you again :)

The location is highly sought after. There are many restaurants, pubs and nightlife. Very vibrant neighborhood, very international. The other thing we loved was the individual rooftop access, we thought it was cool to have something like that as a visitor. The apartment is well decorated and practical, including a stove top, fridge and freezer to prepare food if needed. There are two desks to do some work and internet worked well. We used the famous HK escalators a lot during our stay, you won't need to set time aside for that :) There is construction going on the side of the building but it didn't bother us much. It is on a fifth floor by stairs, but we knew in advance and it was something we handled easily. Hong Kong is an expensive city, I think the cost/value ratio was very good compared to other places in that price range. Overall we were very satisfied, Richard is a great host, flexible and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Decorated beautifully with everything we needed, great location being close to the beach and pier

It was a wonderful stay, great location and great building. Only 2 steps to the elevator and, at one end, you don't even need to climb the 2 steps. Concierge is professional and friendly. Convenient to transportation and great restaurants in the area. Benjamin is a great host, responsive quickly and attentive to our needs, flexible and friendly. I would love to revisit but price is a little out of my budget unfortunately.

Fanny is a great host. She very kindly met us from the ferry and took us to the apartment which was brilliant in the heat with our heavy bags. She showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and helped us to arrange help to get to the bus stop when we were leaving and gave us advice about how to get to the airport. The apartment is in a rural location in Mui Wo and it feels very authentic. It was a great location to show my daughter the sights. The bikes were perfect to get around and the beach, restaurants and bus terminal were just a short bike ride away. We'll definitely stay if we visit Moi Wo again. Thank you Fanny.
