I stayed at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time with my family. Everything about the house is perfect. The view, location, etc. There are facilities to meet all your needs. Mr. Ilhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

The house we stayed in was exactly the same as the one in the ad. We had no problems communicating with the host Mr. Murat. We were happy that he was a person who communicated in a sincere and only necessary way. A home where you can easily come with your pet. The view from the balcony is magnificent. It is within walking distance to the Türkbükü beach. The house is located in a beautiful boutique site with a magnificent garden. Parking area and pool available. I would recommend it to everyone.

They were very interested in our needs. We were able to reach the house comfortably. We had a nice time in this place, which fascinated us with its view, and cooked our dinner and barbecue. The place was as in the photos. Although the road was a little difficult, it was as we expected. It was quite nice to experience the sunset there.

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Great place, beachfront and very peaceful. It has the amenities listed and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you so much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs, Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to anyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

I would recommend the stay for anyone looking for a central location in Kos town with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Lambi beach is also a very short walk. Very friendly and informative host. Apartment was clean and all the amenities available.

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful place, with lots and lots of nature, it feels like a little oasis, close enough to the beach, but far enough where you don't feel overwhelmed with the tourism. Would 100% recommend to others. The staff is super friendly, the cats are fun and cute and the service was amazing.

I enjoyed it very much. I'd love to stay again. It has a clean and beautiful outdoor environment. It's very close to the sea. There was a friendly and helpful team. The mulberry tree was definitely a nice surprise. If you go in late May/June, you can eat a lot :) Maybe a few things can be improved. 1) The rooms could have been a little more pleasant. It's very clean, everything works properly, but it could have been a little warmer with a little touch. It felt like a newly moved-in house, as if it wasn't fully completed yet. 2) Breakfast was prepared with quality ingredients, but the portion was a little small for me. I think it's enough for most people, though.

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

It was one of the most peaceful and beautiful holidays I've ever had, maybe even the best. Ms. Başak is a perfect person and very kind and very helpful. If you want to come to Bodrum, don't even look at another listing. Location, house, all of them are ŞA-HA-NE. We were very pleased, we loved it. Many thanks again to Ms. Başak🫶🏻

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much
