Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Xitun District

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and the host was responsive to all our messages. Check in and checkout were easy.

1.房源有電動麻將桌！！很特別的樓中樓臥室格局，同行如果有不同作息的人也可以完美應付，（例如打麻將不會吵到睡覺的人，是可以隔開的）很推薦4-8人來入 2.吹風機是Dyson的，很加分很夠力 3.冷氣夠冷 4.床跟枕頭都很好睡！一夜睡到天亮，對床跟枕頭很要求的人選這間不會有錯！ 唯一小缺點是沒有附停車位，但附近有很多停車場，晚上8點後路邊散步3分鐘以內可以找到車格。

非常舒適的房源，一進門就令人感到放鬆，有家的感覺。採光很好，衛浴空間很厲害，超大浴池媲美湯屋。附件週邊活動方便，覓食方便，是個很好的住宿體驗

方便入住，可惜附近停車位不好找。 客廳很漂亮😍只是需要帶筆電才能看電視有些可惜。 冰箱有準備沙士及啤酒供我們使用，原本入住想去逛一中街但實在太累沒有出門，浪費了這個好地點😂 整體來說很不錯～ 我們很臨時找住宿能夠找到這邊感到很開心！

Thank you, Jerry, for being such a wonderful host! The apartment was beautifully renovated, clean, and fully equipped — we especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the large Smart TV. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproof windows made for peaceful, uninterrupted sleep despite being near the roadside. While the stairs were a bit of a challenge with luggage and kids, it encouraged us to travel light — a blessing in disguise! There was a minor issue with the inside gate, but Jerry responded quickly and resolved it. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

價格是漂亮的，房源空間舒適適合宅在家，所以電視頻道很多！讓我在旅遊同時還能享受家的感覺。 有提供小點心、泡麵、茶、咖啡！樓下就是7-11以及一家24小時營業的中型超市。

Probably one of the best hosts I had on Airbnb. He alloted time to message me for reminders as well as help me to get to his place smoothly. The place is clean and very comfortable. I'd definitely book the place again whenever I visit Taichung. Thanks Salman! 🙌🏻

划算的價格 雖然離市區較遠不過旁邊就有東海大學的周邊 不至於不方便

clean little room

I visited Taiwan with my elderly parents and my brother and needed a place with an elevator because my father needs a wheelchair to move around. Yu-Kai/Angel's house was the perfect home for our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor is huge and beautiful. Every bedroom (5 bedrooms available) has its own bathroom and A/C units so that comfort can be adjusted individually. A/C controls were a little confusing to figure out initially, but Angel responded immediately to help. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals (we used electric rice cooker to steam buns, fish, eggs, etc.) Lots of bottle water was provided. Would have been nice though to have more variety of pots and pans but cooking isn't an absolute necessity since take out food delivery is abundant (foodpanda and UberEats both deliver in the area). I also did some hiking in Dakeng Scenic Area (only 5 minutes away). Overall we had a wonderful stay.

房東很貼心的給予幫助和注意事項，總是及時回覆真的幫了我們很多忙，房間插頭很夠用而且還有星空燈很漂亮，廁所乾濕分離還有基本衛浴設備也有，吹風機不是很爛的那種小支的，還有飲水機小冰箱應有盡有，而且離一中街不會很遠，走過去逛街真的剛剛好，非常滿意。

Location is good, easily assessible from Tai Chung railway station, and to other popular attractions.Good location, very good communication with the host, and the house owner who had limited English but was very successful in telling us the house rules using gestures and sounds!! Lovely little place! Room is nice and pleasant, as advertised. Will definitely recommend.

A lovely and warm place for our trip, located in a quiet environment. The interior is well designed - new, spacious, cozy and comfortable. It is in a walking distance to the Shenji New Village 審計新村 and surrounded by great restuarants. Kuma is nice and responsive. He provided flexible arrange for our check-in as well as great ideas of nearby spots to visit. Highly recommended.

Me and my family spent 3 night in this place, Z's welcome us warmly and give the instruction clearly. Very recommended! Especially if you want to go to Sun Moon Lake, Qingjing Farm, Henhuanshan, the bus stop is just 1-2 mins walking.

Monica is a very kind person, we stayed in Taichung for 4 months, the location is pretty good. Not only near to MRT station but also has several convenience stores nearby, and local food stores, even a nice brunch place and a bakery. The location is quiet, and the kitchen area in the room also brought lots of convenience.

已經是第三次租住Kumao的房子了，這房子的設計還是一如既往的貼心又實用，各種細節都顧到，乾淨又舒服，而且景觀開揚，夜景好美，坐在沙發還能欣賞到日落～ 房子周邊什麼都有，公車站就在樓下，而且這裡的公車班次比較密，去哪裡都很方便～ Kumao真的很親切好客，回覆也很快，真的太感謝了～ 就是過年，價格有點小貴，但這很正常，而且住得舒服最重要，下次來台中玩還是會選擇Kumao的房子～ 溫馨提示一下，如果是在退房時間離開，要預留多點時間，或是錯開那段時間，因為電梯要等好幾趟才擠得進去哦～

It's a really convenient choice with EVERYTHING around. If you're looking for somewhere for a short stay or sleepover which is accessible, it's definitely one of the best value choices on BNB. It's a studio with the basics equipped. Do check with Hormes about the toliet and wardrobe if it's something you are checking on as well, as it's not showing in the listing. But I like the whole new closet + piano~ U can go down to the basement for laundry and drying machine.
