大雪山5K驛站包棟木屋：1-15人可利用

位於東勢往大雪山林道5K路旁，從東勢市區搭乘公車250、251可直達，海拔445公尺，夏夜涼爽。院子有落雨松、茄苳、桂花和九重葛等植物，綠意盎然，蟲鳴鳥叫、空氣清新，有涼亭和大理石桌，在戶外BBQ和泡茶時可以利用。常有大冠鷲盤旋，就會聽到牠們的鳴叫，讓您忘卻塵囂煩惱。1樓採光通風佳，有一間廁所，洗衣機、電冰箱和電視機(僅供連線手機觀賞)，簡易廚房有水槽和餐具，方便您在室內或戶外野炊烹煮。有兩張大松木桌，可供用餐或聚會。2樓入口請拖鞋，樓梯旁有一獨立小床，二樓為原木地板大通鋪，有床墊，可睡很多人，讓您一家大小或親朋好友都可以共處一室，享受林間的放鬆。另有沙發床可使用。有吧檯和一間衛浴，有沐浴乳和洗髮精，但牙刷毛巾請自備。有的七個窗戶和一個陽台落地窗，並有晾衣處。雖然有被毯，但疫情時期，建議攜帶個人睡袋或被毯比較安全衛生。提供寵物友善的空間，2樓設有IRIS雙層跳台貓籠，但貓砂和尿墊等寵物衛生用品要自備。使用後也請用垃圾袋包好。附近散步景點：坪埔伯公祠，可見石角溪。向上叉路可往中坑坪伯公祠。 5K驛站到東勢市區開車只要10分鐘，並且有24小時的楓康超市，最近的7-11開車只要6分鐘。
