Villa vacation rentals in Xerokampos

We had a great time at Villa Adagio in Vrachasi. Great base to visit other places like Agios Nikolaos to find some sunshine and beautiful surroundings during the first few days of our stay before enjoying the heated pool at the weekend. In Vrachasi you’ll find some really good tavernas with the nicest people. Charis, George and Sofia were very attentive and responsive throughout our stay catering for all our needs. Simply excellent hosts!

וילה נחמדה מאוד. בריכה נהדרת ונקיה. הבעלים היה זמין וסייע בכל עת. מדי יום הגיע איש נקיון לבריכה. הבעלים היה קרוב ואם היה צורך הגיע. החדרים נקיים ומרווחים. אין גישה ישירה לחוף הים ברגל, אלא צריך קצת לצעוד לכביש, לחצות ולרדת בשביל עבר בין שתי וילות שצמודות לחוף עד לחוף. החוף הקרוב הוא נהדר. אפשר גם לנסוע 5 דקות לחוף קרוב. בוילה היה חסר סכין חד וטבליות ניקוי למדיח אבל רכשנו. הגריל והטאבון היו מצוינים! מדיח הכלים עבד מצוין. מדי יום פינו את הזבל. חוויה מצוינת. כשהגענו חיכו לנו פירות טריים ומים במקרר שזה תמיד נחמד. יש כמה סופרמרקטים קרובים והעיירה הקרובה נחמדה לבילוי של יום וערב. אותנטי. לא משהו מיוחד.

Manolis war unglaublich zuvorkommend und war jeden Tag vor Ort, um den Pool zu putzen. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft gut gefüllt und es gab leckere lokale Süssigkeiten zum Abschied. Wir haben Restaurants- und Ausflugsempfehlungen erhalten. Der Aufenthalt war super!

We had a wonderful time. The villa felt private even though there are two other villas next door. My friends and I loved the pool and how spacious the whole place was. We had stunning views of the nearby sea and town. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The only negative was the water pressure in the upstairs showers. Nota was very accommodating. She offered to clean the apartment during our stay and helped us arrange our hire cars. (From my group's experience, a car is highly recommended as taxis and public transport weren't great). The village, beaches and restaurants in the area were also great. Overall, my friends and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Die Begrüssung mit offenen Armen hat die Zeit etwas zurückgedreht: In die ursprüngliche airbnb-Zeit, die immer persönlich und oft herzlich war. Danke, dass wir das wieder einmal erleben durften! Das Haus ist äusserst geräumig und überrascht mit zwei Badezimmern mit zwei Duschen (+ je WC und immer genügend Warmwasser). Ein unglaubliches Auge fürs Detail macht das Wohnen in Giorgios Unterkunft immer wieder spannend :-) Richtig gute Matratzen sind mit dabei - erholsam! Der Aussenbereich ist unschlagbar: Man tritt in „in vier Phasen“ aus dem Haus… von innen zu halb-aussen zu aussen-halb-innen zu wirklich aussen :-D und überall kann man sich entspannen, je mach Lust und Laune. Die Zufahrt von Gra Lygia zum Haus erfordert etwas Vorsicht. Die Katzen sind superlieb, herzig und top erzogen/gepflegt sowie ernährt - wow! Danke Giorgios für die gemütlichen Austausche und frische Gurken-Überraschung, wenn du nicht gerade am Arbeiten warst. Danke seiner Frau für die gebackene Überraschung! Hingehen!

Wir hatten einen extrem schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind einfach atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es gibt viel Platz zum entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für alles Stavros. Wir kommen wieder!

Place was great! View and pool were amazing features , the hosts waited for our arrival and checked in on us after the earthquake, accommodations were great! Enough space and a clean space. Would recommend having a car , a little car for walking but with the rental car it made it easy for us and everything is maybe 10 mins away, a lot of good towns to check out, one of our favourites was Agios

logement propre et très accueillant. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking on se gare un peu plus loin que le logement. Propriétaires à l'écoute des locataires. Si vous voulez être dans un endroit calme et reposant je vous le conseille vivement. Je recommande sans hésitation.

We werden aangenaam verrast door het huis. Mooie ruimtes zowel buiten als binnen. Echt een aanrader. Ook voor onze peuter was alles voorzien. Het zwembad was aan de frisse kant maar de weken voordien was het niet erg warm geweest. Kleine tip aan de verhuurder: extra keukenmateriaal mag wel (meer handdoeken, lookpers, onderleggers voor de tafel, kaarsenpotjes, ...) Het was een fijne vakantie en we werden verwend door een lokaal cateringbedrijfje dat ons door Audrey werd aangeraden.

L'environnement est très calme et très privé. Une belle vue sur les montagnes et l'espace extérieur bien aménagé, avec une petite piscine. La taverne Stavrakakis à 2 km de la maison vaut le détour ! Il faut aussi aller à Kritsa pour visiter une magnifique église Panagias Keras et pour acheter des produits locaux élaborés par une coopérative de femmes ! Des nombreux sites archéologiques, notamment la cité ancienne de Lato, sont à une courte distance de la maison. Nous étions accueillis par Maria ; ses conseils et son assistance tout le long de notre séjour ont été très appréciables.

We had a lovely week in Villa Amethyst. The view over to Spinalonga is breathtaking and the outside space certainly enables you to make the most of it. Periklis met us to show us around the villa and the smell of the homemade pie in the oven when we went into the kitchen was lovely! The fridge was well stocked with essentials and treats which was nice. We really liked the local area - there are lots of nice places to visit, lovely beaches and great places to eat. The recommendations in the welcome letter were good. It's definitely worth having a car. The house is really clean (and cleaned daily which was great) and comfortable. Thank you Periklis for a great stay!

This is it - heaven on Earth! Only go here if you can accept this is the best of the best, you have reached perfection, nothing else will measure up. And at some point you will have to leave! Paras was the perfect host, so friendly, knowledgeable and generous. A very interesting and engaging individual. The property is utter perfection. It appears like an oasis, surrounded by lovely plants, trees etc. The whole place is of the highest standard. Even when the wind blew we arrived in the evening to find the leaves etc had been discreetly swept up and the grounds tidied. It has a perfect balance of shade and areas to catch some rays. We spent the mornings by the pool, afternoons at the beach a few minutes away then evenings in the local area having the finest food. The building is air conditioned and has shutters so we slept so well. We can't thank Paras enough for the best holiday ever.

Amazing villa. Absolutely beautiful. Well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Beautiful bedding and towels. Toiletries. Welcome hamper. We will definitely return. 4 fantastic restaurants within 5min walk. Quiet. BBQ at villa to use. Lovely loungers. Manolis and his wife fantastic hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Easy to contact. Rebecca‘s house is really exceptional! The location on top of a hill with an almost 360 degree view of the seaside, the bay and the town is nothing but spectacular. The little tower by the sea, the seating area under the trees, the jacuzzi with sea view and the infinity pool, all make for an incredible and cozy atmosphere. Communication with Rebecca was flawless and super friendly. The location is a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from the town center with an abundance of restaurants, cafés and bars. The wider area is home of many beautiful beaches and spectacular ravines for hiking.

Nous avons passés 15 jours de rêve dans cette villa magnifique avec une vue sur toute la baie avec des couleurs incroyables le soir . Nani et Adonis nous ont accueillis comme des rois merci à eux pour toutes leurs intentions. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et nous sommes venus pour la deuxième fois .

I don’t think there are enough words to express our absolute admiration and abundant gratitude for Manos. His hospitality is above and beyond what we expected. Manos recommend the best to be enjoyed in Ierapetra and also shared lots of great places to see. We felt like family together with Manos. We’re so grateful not only to be hosted by this wonderful man but also be welcomed by the beautiful community that surrounds Ierapetra. Had we known of our wonderful experience before we would have stayed longer! We can’t thank him enough and truly are excited to plan a second trip to this wonderful property soon!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Despoina et Nikos . La vue, la piscine à débordement, la plage privée tout était parfait ! Merci à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse et toutes leurs attentions (huile d’olive, petits gâteaux grecs )… Ce coin de l’île est beaucoup plus tranquille et moins surpeuplé que dans le nord et très pratique pour visiter certains lieux touristiques ( Agios Nikolaos, l’île de Spinalonga, Mochlos super joli village, Makris Gialos…). Nous apprécions également de rester profiter de la piscine et de la plage privée ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et surtout nous communiquerons l’adresse à nos amis. On vous dit à bientôt.

Unsere Woche in der Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos in vollem Umfang. Die Ausstattung ist top und der Blick aus den oberen Schlafzimmern ist herrlich. Man kann auch über einen kleinen Pfad zur Bucht unten gelangen. Claudia war eine tolle Ansprechpartnerin, antwortet schnell und hat uns im ihren Tipps einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Sie hat auch Restaurants für uns reserviert. Die Unterkunft ist eine 10/10 und wir (7 Mädels) können sie voll weiterempfehlen.

L'alloggio di Maria si presentava in perfette condizioni, sia all'esterno che all'interno. La posizione offre pace e tranquillità ottima per una vacanza immersi nella natura greca, dove ogni aspetto rimanda ad una vita lenta e in sintonia con il mare e il territorio. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più rispetto alle aspettative, inoltre a metà soggiorno c'è stata una pulizia e un cambio lenzuola, ben gradito e che ha sicuramente aggiunto un aspetto positivo a tutto il servizio. Sicuramente rispetto ai prezzi delle strutture vicino, l'alloggio ha un costo più elevato, data la presenza di piscina esterna (un sogno) e le rifiniture di gusto della casa e dell'arredamento. Assicuro che vale la pena immergersi in una Creta piena di fascino rustico e vero, dove le onde e le stelle sovrastano ogni preoccupazione e pensiero. Rimango soddisfatta del mio soggiorno, senza intoppi, chiaro e con una comunicazione cordiale.

Die Unterkunft war mehr als traumhaft wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber genauso wie die gesamte Unterkunft und die Außenanlagen. Die Kommunikation war perfekt und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir wurden zudem von Lisas Mutter sehr herzlich empfangen. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern!

wir haben uns mit der ganzen Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. es war ein sehr freundliches Willlkommenheißen, für die Kinder gab es viele tolle Spielmöglichkeiten neben dem Pool. alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Giannis war sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einem Hügel oberhalb des Ortes. Man ist ungestört und hat eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Garten. Allerdings war es beim ersten Mal schwierig, den richtigen Weg zu finden. Wir sind jedoch auch spät angekommen und es war schon stockdunkel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful new villa! The property is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. What really made the experience even better was the host's responsiveness and hospitality. They were quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
