The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Our spacious circus wagon sits just outside a small village, surrounded by unspoiled nature with open views across a pond and into the woods. It’s a place to slow down, switch off, and enjoy some real quiet away from the everyday. Perfect for a relaxed getaway for two. The Havel River is about a 20-minute walk away if you fancy a swim. Plenty of paths invite you to explore, to go on a walk or on a run. Or you can simply unwind in the hammock in your private garden - all day long and read 2 books

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Der perfekte Ort für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und Entschleunigung suchen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine sonnige Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln, einen kleinen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche, zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und WC. Wir bitten um eine Kaution von 200€ - diese gibt es bei Übergabe direkt zurück.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Our house from the 1920s is surrounded by 5 lakes with the best connection to the railway between Magdeburg and Berlin. On 110 m² on the 2nd floor, there is space for 8 people with a living room, three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with tub, shower,toilet and sink. The Havel bike path runs in front of the house. Supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, sauna and bakery are about 3 km away. Bus stop outside the door. Free parking is available at the house. 200 m to the lake.

Recreation in the "Villa Weise" Wusterwitz, Seeher

Our house is not a villa, but you can feel like it: Beautiful and cozy apartment on two floors with direct views of Lake Wusterwitz to rent. Separate entrance available. Private terrace with the possibility of barbecuing. If you do not want to cater for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, you can indulge in the 3 restaurants located directly on the lake (German, Greek or Italian cuisine). Then a walk on the waterfront promenade is included.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rurally located in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Of course, we also have a pool and hot tub (outside covered) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Vacation home - Former barn idyllic in the countryside

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.
