There is a possibility to use the outdoor grill and seating in the accommodation. In the event of cold weather, the option to do the rooms with an electric heater and a wood-burning stove .

The apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building - a new building with an elevator and free parking in the garage. It is fully equipped, with external blinds and air conditioning unit. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the park and Bratislava. The availability of the place to the center is very good, 7min. to the bus stop with the possibility of multiple connections, or by taxi in 5min. You will feel at home in it.

The houseboat is the perfect place to enjoy nature. A very special experience is the arrival by small electric boat. You can watch birds and even beavers from the terrace, and Andrej's cat visits again and again. I had a comfortable one-week stay in this home-like apartment. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport- just about 15 minutes bus ride to both the Old Town & the University of Economics in Bratislava. Rastislav was flexible with check-in & check-out. Communication was clear, proactive, and helpful. He even shared great suggestions on local attractions and recommended some excellent restaurants and shops to try traditional Slovak foods & sweets. The bathroom was spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was acceptable. I can confidently recommend this apartment!
