Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Our 55 square meter modern apartment can accommodate 2 people and is centrally located in Mülheim an der Mosel. Everything is within walking distance in the village. The apartment is composed by: - a cozy living room - a fully equipped kitchenette. - Various coffee machines - Microwave & fridge-freezer - a spacious dining area and a separate bedroom. Bathroom amenities: - Shower/toilet -Hair dryer - Washing machine. Price includes linens and towels.

Haus Bley: Apartment with old building charm

From this centrally located place, excursions to the Moselle and the Eifel are possible. Maare-Mosel bike path right outside the door, central bus station 100 m away with bike bus. Walking distance to downtown Wittlich. This apartment does not allow pets. The guest fee is included in the apartment price. For the issuance of the guest card and registration of the guests, we need the names and, for non-German guests, the passport number of all persons.

Small two-story vacation home. On the ground floor there is storage space for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living/dining area with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a spacious shower. To sleep, you go up the inner staircase to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded out into a full double bed.

On the roof there is another sun terrace.
