The "Little Kate" with the thatched cottage and the garden house is located on an approximately 10,000 square meter property. Meadows, moor areas, old trees, form the surroundings. The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The holiday home is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, near Balksee, surrounded by fields and horse meadows – perfect for peace and relaxation. A large garden and a sunny terrace invite you to unwind. For children, there is a play kitchen, sandbox, and swing. The property is fully fenced. Beautiful walking and cycling trails start right at the doorstep, leading through the Wingst forest. Alpacas graze around the house, creating a truly special atmosphere. 2 dogs are very welcome.

Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Movement is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy. Our small apartment is located between Cuxhaven and Stade, directly on the B73 on the Kreidesee in Hemmoor. In the immediate vicinity is a snack bar, as well as an Asian restaurant. The nearest shops are 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. We have lots of leisure activities and lots of nature in the surrounding area. The Kreidesee invites you to dive and fish, as well as to take beautiful walks. Our apartment is on the top floor and has air conditioning.
