Notre duplex a été parfaitement pensé pour que chacun puisse se sentir comme à la maison avec le calme, la propreté et une liste d’équipements permettant d’être autonome pour les plus longs séjours, même l’objet permettant de passer de très bons moments conviviaux est présent… Que suis-je ? It is located in Vendin-Le-Vieil (10 minutes from Lens, 25 minutes from Lille, 25 minutes from Arras). The house has 4 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor (1 double bed). Upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 1 single or double bed). 1 bathroom with bathtub and double sink upstairs. 1 shower and WC on ground floor. The equipment is new.

My modest and welcoming home, which I share, offers travelers the means to relax, eat and above all rest. The room is large and comfortable with its queen size bed and desk facing the window. The bathroom is nice and functional. The living room and kitchen are also at their disposal for quick cooking… the south-facing terrace and garden offer them the opportunity to eat outside or sunbathe on the terrace. Finally, all the ingredients are there for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Studio calme et chaleureux, entièrement refait et aménagé, situé à l'arrière de ma maison, en bordure de jardin. Parking gratuit à proximité du logement. A proximité : Gare de Bauvin - Provin : 10 minutes à pieds, 2 minutes en voiture. Douvrin (Usine ACC) est à 15 minutes en voiture et Lens est à 20 minutes. Lille : 20 minutes en train, 30 minutes en voiture. Pour les balades au vert, l'étang de pêche de Bauvin et les bords de la Deûle sont à 10 minutes à pied.
