Relax in this charming rustic mountain hut and enjoy the simple life. You will heat the place with a wood-fired oven (you will need to chop the wood yourself). 500m from the lake at the end of a private road and 1km from the trainstation. Bring everything you need for your stay and leave no traces. Important: Be aware that it is your responsibility to clean the hut before checking out and prepare everything for the next guests. Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

Cozy, private studio with private entrance, kitchen / dining area, bathroom and bedroom with a double bed. The house is located in the countryside with a view of Zell im Wiesental. Until there is no 5 minute walk. Zell lies at 426 m and is framed by hills and mountains to over 1000 m altitude. It is a small town with good shopping and good connection to bus and train. You can borrow a bicycle for small tours for 5€ / day

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.
