My tiny home is located in a gated community with resort amenities and and a close walk to the lake. Come relax on our screened in front porch or enjoy the wrap around deck. The full kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you will need and a table and two chairs for eating. The living room is quite comfy with a sofa, TV and WiFi throughout. There is a queen size bed in bedroom. Bring your boat or plan on staying busy playing tennis, pickleball, volleyball, putt putt or cooling off at pool.

The Canal House

Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home.

The Tiny Home features a charming blue exterior with white trim and a welcoming porch. A set of steps leads up to the front door, which is flanked by decorative palms. The covered carport extends to the side, providing sheltered access.
