Ski areas can be reached by car in 30-45 minutes, the Linsberg Asia thermal bath can be reached in 18 mins. The train station (4km away) has a direct connection to Vienna, which takes about 1 hour.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

The house can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults with 4 children. There is a beautiful garden, Swedish stove, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, 2 toilets, a TV. The municipality of Grünbach charges a tourist tax of €2.50 per person/night to be paid on site.

This vacation home, which was built by our ancestors around 1880, has been completely renovated by us from 2022 to 2024 in loving handwork inside and out. The place is nicely located in the city center. Maybe the apartment was not brand new, but it has everything you need: kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, very comfortable beds, garage. The hosts were amazingly helpful, they agreed for late check in but when our trip was delayed they welcomed us at 2 a.m. The surroundings are very nice. I had short walk in the center of Neunkirchen and I can say it looks very well maintained with some historical buildings. Worth to stay for more than 1 day.

Renovated farmhouse in the Hohe Wand hiking paradise

I went to Lower Austria with friends to spend a nice weekend in nature. Luckily, I found Tim's place because it was just wonderful. Especially the pond was perfect for swimming, we made a campfire in the large garden and used the pleasant interior. Everything was extremely clean, tidy and also ideally equipped. The house is in an extremely pleasant location: both right next to the hiking trails and easily accessible by car. There was room for this in front of the entrance. The beds were very comfortable and also the rooms are very well structured. The large garden is as fantastic as the kitchen and the living room with fireplace. Tim was also open to all our questions and gave us lots of helpful information and tips. Thank you and we will come back very gladly!

Stefan was a very nice host, responded promptly and personally welcomed us at the house. The place was spacious and well equipped for all our needs. The location is very nice and quiet with a pretty view of the mountains.
