Lukas fue muy amable, el alojamiento es agradable y tranquilo. No hay muchas cosas alrededor si vienes en bicicleta como nosotras, pero Lukas nos dio la opción de pedir pizza a domicilio o tomar alguno de sus vinos.

Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και έχει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο. Όμως έχει μια μικρή απόσταση για το μετρό γύρω στα 800μ κάτι που δεν είναι βολικό για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά, ειδικά όταν έχει κρύο. Επίσης η έλλειψη ασανσέρ είναι ένα θέμα και θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται στην περιγραφή αντί να το διαβάσουμε στα σχόλια των επισκεπτών. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν λίγο μικρότερο από ότι περιμέναμε, αλλά καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Αντιμετωπίσαμε ένα θέμα με την ηλεκτρική ασφάλεια αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης το τακτοποίησε αμέσως μόλις τον ενημερώσαμε, παρά το γεγονός ότι ήταν αργά το βράδυ. Συνολικά ήταν μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία διαμονής, αν και θεωρώ πως για τις παροχές του ήταν overvalued.

Vřele doporučuji pokud chcete klidné ubytování na několik dni. Vhodné i pokud máte malé děti jako my. Není problém i s jízdními koly.

Albi was a great host, he was very responsive and proactive communicating with us before arrival. The apartment is in a great location, close to public transport and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend.

Friendly and attentive host - came for conference at the austria Vienna centre, place has great transport links or is a scenic 20 min walk away along the Danube :)

Wir haben eine Woche bei Claudia&Franz verbracht und können das weiter empfehlen. Der Check-In war absolut unkompliziert; das Appartement hat alles was man braucht, um sich zu Hause zu fühlen. Es entspricht absolut der Beschreibung und war angenehm ruhig gelegen. Der Verkehrsknoten Florisdorf mit U-, S-Bahn und Tram ist in ca. 8 Gehminuten erreichbar, hier könnte man auch Dinge des tägl. Bedarfs kaufen. Die Kommunikation war ausgesprochen angenehm!

Martin was a great host and the apartment was very nice. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Both Thomas and Nicole are very cheerful people, they welcomed us at the private beach area and made us feel like we are at home. I communicated with Thomas about anything we needed and he responded to all of my texts within 5 minutes. The apartment is spacious and modern, it has everything you would need for cooking food, cleaning supplies and personal care products. There was a paper with all the important information which was also vey helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I will for sure keep his contact for future visits!

Ich bin zusammen mit Freunden nach Niederösterreich um ein schönes Wochenende in der Natur zu verbringen. Zum Glück habe ich Tims Unterkunft gefunden, denn es war einfach nur herrlich. Besonders der Teich war perfekt um zu schwimmen, wir haben im großen Garten ein Lagerfeuer gemacht und den angenehmen Innenraum genutzt. Alles war äußerst sauber, aufgeräumt und auch ideal ausgestattet. Das Haus ist in einer extrem angenehmen Lage: Sowohl gleich neben den Wanderwegen als auch gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Vor dem Eingang ist dafür Platz gewesen. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm und auch die Räume sind sehr gut strukturiert. Der große Garten ist ebenso fantastisch, wie die Kücke und das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Tim war zudem für alle unsere Fragen offen und hat uns viele hilfreiche Informationen und Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt als fünfköpfige Familie im "Haus am See". Das Haus war sehr schön und entsprach genau dem was wir auf Grund der Beschreibung erwartet hatten. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Benedikt war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank.

Cornelia ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt, es ist ein einladendes, ordentliches Haus mit schönem Ambiente. Der Kamin lädt dazu ein, den Abend gemütlich davor zu verbringen. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, und die Anweisungen waren klar und deutlich. Wir können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!

👍🏼 alles einwandfrei. Ein riesiges Loft - echt cool und werde es wieder buchen. Keine Nachbarn, ungestört, lichtdurchflutet und sehr ruhig. 10 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum

Ein wirklich wunderbarer Ort zum Wohlfühlen mit allem was das Herz begehrt! Sogar der Teich hatte Wasser, als ich da war. Hoffe es verschlägt mich nochmal hierher. Eine Unterkunft und Umgebung die ich voll und ganz empfehlen kann!

Wir waren zum Konzert von Coldplay für 2 Tage in der Stadt. Arusyak hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Diese ist super sauber und vor allem sehr durchdacht gewesen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Bahn war fußläufig innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und wenn es sich ergibt komme ich gerne nochmal wieder.

Beautiful apartment and great location! The place is even bigger than in the pictures and very well stocked with anything you could need for a short or long stay. Regina was extremely communicative and responsive. I had a great stay with my parents who are elderly and needed a place with an elevator. The building has a couple of steps to get inside but there are always handrails. 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to everything but no necessarily in the old town center.

Andreas’s place was very convenient in terms of location as well public transportation.( line 2 and U6). The garage is a plus which is very appreciated. The house has everything from A to Z and you can’t complain. I would highly recommend the place :)

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage direkt am See. Sehr ruhig und einfacher Check-in. Alexander war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic

Die Unterkunft von Peter ist etwas besonderes. Großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, um eine schöne Zeit in Tulln verbringen zu können. Peter hat sich viel Mühe mit der Ausstattung der Wohnung gegeben. Toll sind zwei Balkone. Je nach Tageszeit oder Wetter kann man es sich aussuchen wo man draußen sitzen möchte. Der große Balkon hat schöne Möbel und man kann den ersten Kaffee in der Sonne sitzend dort genießen. Peter und Martin haben uns immer auf Fragen sofort geantwortet. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und durch die Nähe zur Donau perfekt um Rad zu fahren, zu wandern, in der kleinen Stadt Tull zu bummeln, einen Ausflug in den Wienerwald, den Wagram oder nach Wien zu unternehmen. Ebenso ist der Bahnhof fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Alles in Allem super :)

Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
