Loft vacation rentals in Wien-Umgebung District

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento per circa 10 giorni nel mese di Maggio. Tutto è stato perfetto, l’appartamento è carino e funzionale, vicinissimo al centro del paese e si arriva ovunque a piedi. Durante il soggiorno ci sono state giornate estremamente calde ed alcune molto fredde, nonostante questo l’appartamento è rimasto sempre ad una temperatura ottimale. Il dettaglio della vista sul nido delle cicogne è stato un plus che mi ha fatto svegliare con il sorriso ogni mattina. Super consigliata!

Communication with Andre was really excellent- the information was full, accurate and very helpful, including excellent directions for arrival. Andre responded very quickly and was very attentive with messages. The flat is perfectly situated for access to the central shopping area and all local attractions via the very convenient transport. Loved the apartment. Check in was easy to do,the location was very close to the city centre and the apartment has loads of space making you feel right at home. Will definitely return here.

War perfekt!

Der Aufenthalt bei Agnes ist super schön, familiär, freundlich, sauber und sehr entspannt, jederzeit wieder, sehr gute Gastgeber, man fühlt sich nicht fremd. Ein dickes LOB.

Wir waren zu viert für vier Nächte in der Unterkunft und für uns war sie einfach perfekt! Sie war für unsere Sightseeing-Trips quer durch die Stadt hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, mit diversen Läden für den täglichen Bedarf drumherum. Die Wohnung ist mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet (inkl. Turnringen!) und wir haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt! Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war am Anfang, dass es keine Tür oder einen Vorhang zur Dusche gibt, aber der Eingang ist so gelegen, dass man, wenn man sich vorher abspricht, nicht bei sonstigen Tätigkeiten in der Wohnung daran vorbeikommt. Ada war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir jederzeit wiederkommen würden :)

El loft de Mickey es ideal para dos personas que buscan desconectar en un sitio bastante céntrico de Viena. Se encuentra cerca de un parque y un canal con un paseo muy bonito. En cuánto al apartamento, es muy acogedor, tranquilo y nos ha encantado el chillout. Perfecto para desayunar al sol o hacer una copa por la noche. Mickey es muy atento y os ayudará en cualquier cosa. Muy satisfechos, lo recomendamos 100%!

This apartment is definitely one of a kind. You can see all of Vienna from the balcony, and even enjoy the sunrise when you are up early enough for it. The host is also super friendly so definitely 5 star worthy!

Wunderschöne, moderne Wohnung mit traumhafter Dachterrasse Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung, die ideal für 4–6 Personen geeignet ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die einzigartige Dachterrasse mit Griller und gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten – perfekt für laue Sommerabende mit Blick über die Dächer der Stadt! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden – das macht die Anreise angenehm. Auch die Lage ist super: in etwa 10 Minuten erreicht man die nächste U-Bahnstation zu Fuß. Ein herzliches Detail: Zur Begrüßung standen Sekt und Mozartkugeln bereit – eine sehr schöne Geste! Am Morgen wird man von der Sonne geweckt, die durch die Dachfenster scheint – ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet – er war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr bemüht und hat alle Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Die An- und Abreise verlief dank Schlüsselbox völlig reibungslos.

Een heerlijk appartement om mooi met luxe in de binnenstad te verblijven.

Leiligheten var veldig fin. Sengene var gode, noe som er svært viktig. det var fint med skjerming foran vinduene om natten. Stue, kjøkken og bad fungerte godt. Takterrassen var deilig og lå i solen. Heisen fungerte fint. Leiligheten lå i grei gangavstand fra trikk og buss Ca 2 kvartaler å gå. På hjørnet utenfor leiligheten lå det to matbutikker og et bakeri, noe som var svært praktisk.

We stayed at Christoph and Anik’s apartment for two months and loved it. The space is cozy, well-equipped, and great for longer stays. We both worked remotely, and the internet was generally reliable, with only minor interruptions. The apartment is in the attic of their home, but we had plenty of privacy. The bathroom is a bit quirky — no door, just a curtain, and a sloped ceiling — but we got used to it quickly. A lovely bonus: Christoph and Anik are musicians, and hearing their gentle music now and then made the stay even more special. Overall, a wonderful experience. The apartment felt like home, and we’d gladly return!

My friends and I had a very comfortable stay. The rooftop was wonderful and the views are lovely. Beds were super comfy! With the easy convenience of the train station practically at the front door, it makes for a great way to enjoy Vienna.

Location was great and close to the metro — check in and out were easy and a good list of great local recommendations were included. Washer and dryer was a bit confusing to find at first but once we realized the entrance was on the corner of the building it was all good 👍

We loved our stay! Everything was perfect :)
